I wish I could draw that handcheck foul. I know I can get a few every game. Only thing is I’m not in the league lol i do park takeovers and y takeovers lol
As a aspiring defender I use unorthodox ways to guard. Like keep my hands down, make them feel a sense of confidence to drive by me then I defend as hard as legally possible, like blowing a house of cards, they just crumble.
1 - Not new (Chris Paul made a career out of it) solid move tho. But if you try it too often the refs will stop calling it. 2 - Flop, faking being fouled is a tech in high school. You'll get no respect from your teammates, coaches, opponents or refs. (not to mention the egregious push-off in the demonstration) 3 - Legit move, high grade off ball technique 4 - Basic basketball IQ honestly. If you were taught how to trap on Defense then this is fundamental knowledge. Learn how to play Defense and you'll learn what/what not to do on offense.
Im almost 16yo, and i wanna get into Basketball. I feel like i have talent and i am really speedy. Im willing to put in 8+ hours a day wich i've already done with other sports, wich i didnt end up liking. I absolutely love Basketball but i need a solid training plan. So my question is, how do i create a solid training Schedule (with at least 6 hours a day of training) and can is it realistic for me to think that i can still get d1 and become really good?
This guy out here emphasizing the worst parts of modern basketball. All leagues including high school need to empower refs to no call grifters. I think if you grift, you should get a reputation, and that reputation should hurt you. Some refs do a good job of this. We still have clowns like this guy telling kids to be soft grift first players. Very weak
Yeah that first tip won't fly in any streetball scenario. You'll never get the ball back, you'll just start an argument, and you'll look like a fuckin goofy 😂
@@ddennis2430 I know definitely true these days it’s trash though I’m older so I miss the days of tough defense and not so many cheesy fouls I get it though lebron abused that drawing the charge crap and the refs rewarded him so I can’t even blame him that’s why I’m forced to watch the ballislife stuff it’s ok I miss my nba though I never missed a game now I can’t even watch it

Great advice but those first two is how to get kicked out of any pickup game 😂
So true
We only play with Refs.
on dogs
Yea, and if you’re playing with advanced players they keep you in. Only people who suck will be that mad at the game.
@@jaredfoster6839 🎖
This is great for actual leagues, or official games, but don't do this in pickup. You don't want to be soft, they won't call shit
the corner one is the one that bugs me the most but thank u, imma use it
Thank you, may God bless you and everyone. ❤
Only demo I’ve seen in a long long time that suggest Passing to teammates 😅
Tip #2 example had a slight push off though. Fire tip though, just can’t get caught extending too much
They don’t call these unless you’re in the league
For real my boy at the park ain’t giving me that garbage call lol
i found stephs technique myself, it was fun af lmao

I really hate that first 2 its the equivalent of a soccer falling down for a tap on the shoulder and screaming in agony.

idk where y’all grew up but in my hs division we get techs for “flopping” and it’s stuff like this
That sucks. How can they decide what's acting and when you just lose your balance
It's really hard to call that In the moment.

Useful
It's amazing
Bro Really teaching kids to be more like James Harden SMH 😂 all love tho ❤
At the end you threw a crazy fast pass, can you teach us how to do that?
I always see offensive hacks i never see ppl talk about defense as a team or offense as a team
You can also throw the ball if their foot
ima use it
I thought that was Drake playing defense at first 🤣
✨
I need the 3rd one because I'm a good shooter but I suck at being mobile off ball
Waiting for the new
WHY AM I GETTING ALL THESE RIGHT AFTER MY SEASON ENDS 😭

1 is a no call from now on Harden.
This video is less than three weeks old and the first "hack" has already been considered an offensive foul for more than three weeks
Grab the jersey and right before he flicks his wrist grab his long sleeve shirt and make a fist full and... YEEET THE FLOPS 😂
I'm not flopping in no pick up game lol
Video should be "how to use fouls if you are tiny"😂
Here in Phil. That is useless refs here did'nt call that foul
Purposely hitting their arms to get a foul was made illegal cos kd did it all the time
What nike shoes is he wearing?
Lets bei honest Basketball would bei so much better If 2 wasnt a Foul. Like what ist the Defender supposed to do?

Number 2 is a push off, offensive foul
First 2 is what's wrong with today's Ball
Only do this in real games tho you’re weird if you do this in pick up games and boring as heck
No. Stop flopping, it ruins the game.
High IQ hack "flop"
So lame lmao
