During D/F# to A change in the verse the 5th string (open A) is also strummed with the chord by one of the guitars. Possibly both. So the D/F# becomes a D/A

Hi Jeff! The song repeats basically with the A - D and G chords throughout. There's a little arpeggio in the middle section but I believe it's the same chords.
