Thank you for posting. I’ve done tooth replacement for excavators before, however I never did a cat loader bucket. This helped me get my day started!👊🏼 nice job on the filming and editing also! Be well, and get back to shaping the earth. 🤙🏼
I like your equipment brother. That 941 is a good machine. A lot of people I have talked to about a good track loader all say try to find a good 941. What is your impression of running the machine. How is it to operate? Keep the videos coming! Thaks!
I think the 941 is a good machine. My work with it so far has been relatively light (lot clearing and cutting in a small road/driveway). The only issue I have with my machine is it could use new sprockets and track set. I want to get those replaced before I put it in any really heavy or high production work. As far as general operation though, the maintenance is easy and it starts even after sitting for several weeks (in the winter, I do have to cycle the glow plugs a few times), it like to run all day. I need to practice at throttling down when loading, as opposed to the hydro-static transmissions of the newer machines where you just pull the lever back to slow the machine down while maintaining full throttle/power.
@@HammaDownEnterprises Good deal! Sounds like with a little work, she be a good loader. What do you think a undercarriage would run for say a 941/939/935 size dozer? All new chains/rails,bushings, pins. pads and bolts, drive sprockets, idlers, rollers. The whole works. Could you do it for say $5000 on a dozer this size?
@@HammaDownEnterprises Thanks for the reply! Yep, I was thinking between 5/6 thousand. You still planning on having it done in the future? I have been eyeing a couple 939 hystat's, but I don't know if that's what I need. Keep the vids coming.
Why didn't you take the bolts out of the fog? Then you could lay it on a vise and hit it with 4 lb. hammer! Took mine off, had to use a 6' iron pipe on my bracket bar, but the nuts came off!
Great job my friend how's it been going? Man I miss your tow truck you still got that hidden somewhere 😀keep up the good work. Keep that hammer down them eighteen wheels rolling cus you going to do what they say can't be done 🤣🤣🤣
fallenSkys prepper yeah, I still got the tow truck. I agree, it’s been sitting idle for too long. I’ll get back on it soon. I had some tire, fuel issues. But, I got those resolved. So, it’s just time and money holding me up now 🤠

Great work saving AND RESTORING THE old iron NICE EQUIPMENT
it cant be tight if it's liquid! Glad to see you could get it done without having to go that far.
LOL. You're right about that! Yeah, I was glad that I was able to knock it out once I got the tooth off.
May need a bigger hammer, small sledge? Thanks for video...

Scotabot I’ve had 2 quotes in the $5500-$6500 range. The one for around $5500 didn’t include the idler wheels.

Take the bolts out of the fog? Was easier to just knock the pins out rather than unbolt and remove each tooth assembly.
Hit that pin like a man! My sister hits harder lol
Your ready to tear up some stuff now. How's my loader and grader doing?
mrtowmonster I’m going to work on the grader some more this week.
@@HammaDownEnterprises good deal hope you get it fired up and running but how's my loader doing you get to use it on any jobs yet
