Holy cow, the Soft Boys. That's by far the strangest / artiest thing I've heard on PGS so far. I think the only band Andy hasn't quoted (yet) is Roxy Music.
This is perhaps the best spring reverb pedal I've ever heard, I certainly like it better than the spring in a lot of non-tube tank circuits found in student amps. It also sounds a bit better than some (not all) of the reverb settings on my T-Rex Room Mate tube reverb.
The Walkmen! Actually, Mazarin wrote the song, the Walkmen version is great too but I prefer the original. Check it out. The singer of Mazarin also released an album under Light Heat which features members of the Walkmen as his backing band
The Hosts, September Song can't believe it! 19th Nervous Breakdown was brilliant too, don't suppose you'd do a lesson for the Stones track would ya Andy? Please pretty please
Sub decay is the bomb; are there more accurate spring emulations? Yes.But love this shit combined with other effects.Just the right mojo, somehow, someway...
Boss Fan Actually it's a song by the now defunct band Mazarin. The Walkmen did a cover. Some of The Walkmen played on the eponymous 'Light Heat' record, the new project of Mazarin singer Quentin Stoltzfus. Very very good stuff I might add.
You're kidding, right? You've obviously NEVER played a REAL Fender Outboard reverb. This little pedal can't manage the splash, drip, and crash that you get with one of those tube beauties.
jspartacus Good on ya Spartacus, don't be silly. Its my opinion and I'm very happy with my opinion. Now back up that statement and decree your status as more than a mere bug in need of a forced procumbent posture. P.S. hows ya back going carrying around that tube spring tank? Try hard.
Oh, since it only weighs around 13 pounds, I think only persons of your weak nature would suffer from lugging one around. Keep your opinions based in reality.

That reverb sounds phenomenal.
PGS Andy rocks! Awesome pedal

Super Spring Theory, like the cosmological Super String Theory. I dig the name and the pedal and the demo!
Kingdom of Love by The Soft Boys. Yay!
Great examples as usual , thanks Andy

Was that the Walkmen in the end there? Excellent! Also easily one of the best/THE best reverb boxes ive heard, pretty tempted ...
So Andy what are you top three spring reverb pedals.
Nice work........ROCK ON

What is the last song?? Its damn good.
a pick?
Sub decay is the bomb; are there more accurate spring emulations? Yes.But love this shit combined with other effects.Just the right mojo, somehow, someway...
I would love to watch a video with your own guitar rig.
What is the first song called, please? Is that a Stones song?
Your five years of suspense are over: the song is 19th Nervous Breakdown by the Rolling Stones.
about how many seconds maximum decay can go?
What was that last song? beautiful.
Does anyone know if this can do 100% wet?
Yeah it can. It says effects loop compatible and there are controls over wet and dry. so turn wet on and dry off and there ya go
That's what she said.
What was the name of the last song? Help appreciated!
Another one goes by, by The Walkmen
Thanks!

Whats the song at the start?????
Rolling Stones - 19th Nervous Breakdown
19th Nervous Breakdown by The Rolling Stones!
Very good Spring Verb emulation, those Lava ELC cables have a boost mid range. Mogami Gold seems clearer and more balanced to me.
You're kidding, right? You've obviously NEVER played a REAL Fender Outboard reverb. This little pedal can't manage the splash, drip, and crash that you get with one of those tube beauties.
jspartacus I did use the word emulation. No not kidding about that. It is a pedal after all, I mean what do you want it to do???
Brian Cullen You also used the words "very good", which it isn't.
jspartacus Good on ya Spartacus, don't be silly. Its my opinion and I'm very happy with my opinion. Now back up that statement and decree your status as more than a mere bug in need of a forced procumbent posture. P.S. hows ya back going carrying around that tube spring tank? Try hard.

Yeah. First!
I have to watch a commercial before watching a pedal demo? don't think so - only view demo vids without commercials
