My key takeaways from this video:
1) We know things we just need to be reminded of them regularly.
2) If we could make all the people working in a company to row in a single direction, that team can dominate any industry.
3) Vulnerability type of trust where I can openly admit if I didn't know something or if I messed up & can openly admit without repercussions or judgement.
4) Conflict means ideological conflicts. That leads to commitment.
5) Ideal team players are humble, hungry and smart - not intellectually but emotionally smart. Pawns (just humble) , lovable slacker (humble & smart) , accidental mess maker (humble & hungry) , skillful politician (hungry & smart)
