Ingredients
Cabbage-200 gram
Salt -to taste
Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Mustard powder -1tbsp
Oil -3 tbsp
Green chilli -3-4 (fine chopped)
Red chilli flake 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp

What about the sourness. U have not used lemon or vinegar. Can we used either one of them. Pickle needs to be a little sour.
It does fermented by it self in some days, if you keep in sun, but yes if you want you can add Little vinegar on it it’s good . Thank you for watching
If you add vinegar it won’t ferment properly. Just leave it to ferment and it will get sour by itself.
