- THE MUNSTERS (1964-1966) Cast Then and Now 2024 ★ Half Actors Sadly Passed Away!
"The Munsters" is a classic American television sitcom that aired from 1964 to 1966. Created by Norm Liebman and Ed Haas, the show revolves around a lovable and quirky family of monsters living in a suburban neighborhood. The central characters include Herman Munster, a Frankenstein's monster look-alike; his vampire wife, Lily; their werewolf son, Eddie; Grandpa, who is a vampire and Lily's father; and Marilyn, the only "normal" member of the family, who is considered odd because she is not a monster.

I'm a 63 year old and had a crush on Lily Munster and loved her as a young boy ... my favorite!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Lily Munster was never a young boy!
Maybe he had the crush on Eddie.
It's hard to believe the show only ran for 2 years.
All of them are so wonderfully and loved by us all
I know Paul Lynde has appeared in many TV shows but I always think of him as Uncle Arthur in Bewitched lol
Paul Lynde is brilliant as Uncle Arthur, I particularly loved the episode with Carol Wayne as Bunny. Both brilliant actors and very much missed.
Fred Gwynne and Yvonne De Carlo are my favorite..May they both Rest In Peace!! 🌹🌹
I love them all ❤❤❤❤❤😢

Um die Weihnachtszeit kommt The Monsters, zu meiner Freude, im Fernsehen.
The Monsters schaue ich immer, so lange ich lebe, an. Fantastisch, vorallem in schwarz/weiss.
Butch Patrick played in Lidsville about a teenager who looked into a magician hat and fell in and he landed into Hat People in 1971. Al Lewis and Fred Gwynne both played in Car 54 Where Are You in 1961-1963.
It's really hard to pick, they're all my favorites,I liked them all !
Each were so unique in their own way. I enjoyed the show it wouldn't be fair to choose the one who most impressed me. They ALL may the show great to wait for and excited for the time it came on the air!
😅😂❤🎉
I have been a great fan of the musters since the repeats in the 80s
I love them all
And the owner of the funeral parlor, who John Carradine did the role of and Dom Deluise later portrayed Dr. Dudley. Both are dead.
Pat Priest is mentioned and so was Beverly Owen these are the 2 ladies who played Cousin Marilyn
Love them all ❤
Indeed. When my Daughter. Loved the munsters
I loved them all. Great show
I grew up with the Munsters. After school, I would watch them all the time. ( yes, before school work ) . . I can't pick just one favorite actor. All of them where great. 😆 LoL 🇺🇲
My friend owned a now defunct, but once very popular, comic book store in North Jersey. We hosted Grandpa Al so many times I lost count. He was the coolest crazy old man you'd ever meet. It was so sad when he passed. I hope he's still entertaining people in the beyond.
Love this show still do to this Day 2024❤
All my favorites !!! ❤❤❤❤
Beverley Owen was born in 1937 making her 27 in 1964, and the photo showing her later in life is not Beverley but does look a lot like Kay Ballard!
Hellow One of my favorite. TV. Show Was. One. Of the best peace RIP Al lewis Grandpa A Fan
I Always remember when Al Lewis, & Fred Gwynne appeared in Car 54, where are you together &:the classic munster film 🎥 called munster go home when Herman came into a inheritance from a relative from England 🏴 🇬🇧 which I have got on DVD I do not think that the film has been shown on tv
Lily Munster was my favorite!

😅 they were all cool it was a the classic Sean still is
Love them all
it took all of these people to make it happen . Not fair to pick out the best one .
I watched the original version in 1965 on the television next door . Yes I'm that old and still have my marbles upstairs . We had this show frerom Detrroit , Michigan on W.K.B.D. if anyone out there can relate to that . Our family could not afford a television at that time the could pick up U.H.F . I live in Canada by the way .. . . . . HAve we come a long ways . O.M.G.
I live in Canada 🇨🇦 too . Been here all my life great country.
I loved them all
Beverly Owens was my favorite she was so beautiful!
You forgot John Carradine who played Mr. Gateman Herman's boss at the funeral parlor.

Herman I bet is most FAV
Pat Priest was so pretty and so was Beverly Owen!
My name is Marilyn, loved hearing my name!
Growing up I was really attracted to The Munsters. They were funny, zany, and relatable at the time.
I loved them all!
Loved them all
All great I LOVE THEM ALL❤❤❤
All of them were great 👍❤️🩹❤
I am not surprised most cast members are dead. the average life span is 79-85 years old and this show aired it's first show on tv two weeks after I was born and I will be 60 later this year. I was born september 4th 1964.
I would never have guessed Beverley Owen was 37 when she played Marylyn.. She looked early 20s
We know you're deeply miss these people and you have a heavy heart -- but everybody dies, Bucko.
I have been a great fan of the Munsters but to me the Addams Family is okay. My favorite character is actually Grandpa who's actually a full blooded royal count due to him being a Count Dracula, a vampire.
FRED GWEN WAS HURMAN MUNSTER AND EVON DE CARLO WAS LILY MUNSTER HURMAN MUNSTERS WIFE AND BEVERLY OWEN WAS THEIR DAUGHTER AND BUCH PATRICK WAS EDDIE MUNSTER THEIR SON AND I'VE GOT SIERRAS ONE AND TWO ON DVD AND SADLY ALL OF THE ACTORS ARE GONE FOREVER NOW IN THE MUNSTERS 😔
Tell us more lies
As a young fellow watching this show I would say butch Patrick was my favorite actor from the Munsters citcom ,,he and Pat priest are the last living from the series,,, i have researched the Munsters before I read that it was only one episode that was in color al lewis said they did that to save money,,,,,wow how interesting ❤🎉😮😊
It”s hard to say between Herman & grandpa i would call it a tie,i still watch the Munster, they just don’t make good shows like that anymore❤😊
-> HERMON THE BEST-!!!.
He didn't die 🎲 he still alive
What good days look at we have now crap 😢
This show came out when my grandpa was 5 years old back in 1964.
My favorite show as a child❤❤❤
Yes
Good memories, time waits for no one. hope to one day see them again with those we love, if there is life after death ☠️😄
Lily and Eddie are my favorite plus grandpa and Herman and Marilyn are my other favorites
His net worth is one million and about five hundred thousand give or take. He probably considers it his nest egg for hard times. Better than a lot of us only who surviving from paycheck to paycheck.
I always thought they would do a crossover with the Munsters and Addams Family like Eddie and Tuesday would had gotten married on the show that would be really good to watch
Wolfie's fine Eddie, wolfie's fine.
This click bait photo is deceiving, who lost there leg in the cast???
I met butch Patrick in Tampa Florida...nice guy... Even bought me a beer.
He told me you ran out without paying!
@@garymazzeo3490 lol... don't think so. It was at a Ron+Ron radio show event.

Grandpa must've bit his leg off.
No grandpa , was a nice guy. But, people are not nice that do this click bait bs
COMO ME GUSTABA VER ESE PROGRAMA FANTASTICO TODOS
Mine has to be grandpa🤣🤣🤣
Um bom seriado!
Fred Gwynne as Herman!!
My nephew had the same pointed teeth like Eddie when he was seven and i loved the Munsters
Munsters was the best sitcom my favorite episode was zombo.....my other favorites were dragnet, emergency, adam 12, taxi threes company, happy days, this was television at its best
These click bates really piss me off especially when the main screen displays a famous person as just dying and when you click on it you find this not to be true. I get they want the views but do they have to be so blatantly dishonest? You would think that TH-cam would put a stop to this instead of focusing on making a TH-camr change his surname name because it was Dyke (yes, this is true) or not allowing a TH-camr to say the words ‘rape,’ or ‘sex’ and they have to be bleeped out. I mean, give me a break! We are not preschoolers!
Lily was the saddest part.
No favorites. All of them were great 😂😂😂❤❤❤
Eu simplesmente adorava ver esta série quando criança, e mesmo hoje ainda gosto de assistir 😃👍
Butch was homeless in the 1990s, and lived in Austin for a while at my friend's house. On the couch. lol He was always hauling around these little werewolf dolls he would sign and sell for drink money. And other stuff. He was a real mess back then. Glad he pulled it together
Lilly was gorgeous
Gotta say.... Eddie
I have no favorites. I like them all!
