Handsome is always handsome to me unless they get work done which distorts their looks. These great men have a special place in my heart. Denzel, Scott Bakula and Don Johnson are like very fine wine and have not changed much.
Meh, not the end of the world. Sometimes there’s great joy in being a man & (hopefully) these men aren’t that vain. If they are, tough sh*t, stop crying, rejoin reality & get back to work.
Does anybody else remember Michael Landon as Little Joe on Bonanza? We had 3 tv channels and got to watch Lawrence Welk on Saturday night (with our parents) and Bonanza on Sunday night. Too many favourites over the years to list here, so will thank you for sharing this.
Don Johnson will always be good looking no matter his age. You should have included Philip Michael Thomas, who played Don Johnson's partner, Ricardo Tubbs, in Miami Vice. They'll always be the best looking guys in TV ♥️
So you credited Shatner's first acting credit as TJ Hooker? Seriously??? How about him being Captain freakin Kirk in the OG Star Trek back in the 1960s? Ridiculous.
John Ritter also starred on The Waltons, Hearts Affire and 8 Simple Rules where he starred with Katey Sagal (from Married with Children) that was indeed a very sad loss when that show was still on primetime. R.I.P. John. I figured a good number of these other actors would be enjoying retirement by now. Fred Dryer was great as Hunter but I also remember his other series later on called Lands End where he played Mike Land. That was a great show as well.
So many were Denzel Washington, so many movies! Scott Bakula is on NCI S New Orleans for years, William Shatner, Star Trek, Michael Landon. Little House on the Praire for years, Andy Griffith, the Andy Griffith show for many years,
Don Johnson in Miami Vice with Philip Michael Thomas, Saundra Santiago, and Olivia Brown, plus all the others. I never missed an episode. It was shows like this that made the good 'ol days good. Much and many thanks to all who made Miami Vice my go-to entertainment. You guys never let us down. 🎉🎉🎉
Some of them were very attractive in their early years. Don Johnson, patrick duffy, little Joe, luke duke, mark singer, Denzel Washington, just to name a few Denzel has a beautiful smile. John Ritter had a beautiful smile, Don Johnson as well. Little Joe was handsome his whole life, that hair. To me, Dezel Washington aged much better than the rest and is still a handsome man.
This 'celebrities then and now' video of handsome TV actors from the 1980s is such a trip down memory lane! It's incredible to see how these stars have aged and evolved over the decades
Nothing wrong with looking your age. I’m much more impressed by a man who’s aging well than a guy desperately holding on to the illusion. 70 is fabulous!! Silver is sexy.
John Ritter was a terrific comedian. He was the only reason I ever watched “Three’s Company.” I also really liked his shoe “Hooperman,” which went off the air too soon. His death was so tragic. He was much too young to die.
It is an inescapable fact that people grow older. This happens to everyone, unless they die at a young age. Unfortunately, some videos suggest that growing older is a shame and that old age comes with ugliness. Such images can instill fear in people, causing them to undergo all kinds of cosmetic procedures such as botox and plastic surgery. Ironically, this can actually lead to a less natural appearance than if one had simply aged naturally. The makers of these videos may not be particularly attractive themselves and seem to get a sick satisfaction from expressing their jealousy in this way. However, let's not forget that the people on such negative display here gave us wonderful films in their prime that we all enjoyed. They deserve respect and appreciation for their contributions, even as they enter the autumn of their lives.
I can't believe you had Crockett on here, but not Tubbs! That is a travesty, since he was my very first celebrity crush when I was a little thing. Man, that guy was a fox! Perhaps he's in Part 1? I guess I should go and find out...
1:57 I freaking loved “V”. It was a great show. Marc Singer did those two movies with the ferrets and his eagle - loved those. Michael Ironside was in “V” also. (One of my favorite actors.) and John Englund played such a shy, caring lizard person in that. He is really a good actor. The lead lizard actress was excellent, as was the lead human actress (she was great in the part), but I can’t remember their names. Thanks for this nostalgia :) 🌷🌱
These actors are going on 70 & 80 yrs old. Theyre human beings not robots. Of course they've aged. You keep living as see what the future holds. Those that are stll living are blessed to still be here. God bless them.

Well this was a pretty good video interesting. You should have had a younger picture of Andy Griffith when he was sheriff taylor. I used to love Fred Dryer in Hunter.
Michael Landon was on Bonanza as Little Joe way before Little House on the Prairie. Also, William Shatner was the original Captain Kirk on Star Trek way before TJ Hooker series. Sherman Helmsley was a character on All in The Family in the early 1970s. He played a neighbor Jefferson....thats how a spin off called The Jeffersons was made. ANDY Griffeth was on TV before Matlock. He played a local sheriff in a small town in North Carolina called Mayberry in the 1960s.
Wait... what? 5:35 mark - Gene Anthony Ray died in 2003, but his final screen role was an uncredited part as a dancer in 2022? So he came back to life 19 years after he died to appear in an Austin Power's movie?!?! Wow, talk about dedication!

Don Johnson was always fine and not to bad looking as he got older of Denzel is handsome always ❤
Hard to beat Shatner at 93 and as his space trip illustrated still enthusiastic about life. A lesson for us all.

Michael Landon was classic. So sad he died so young. Little House Pa lives on ❤
Michael Landon played Johnny Rebel, before Bonanza.
There was something about Micheal Landon that everybody liked. He was favorite in every series he made. Bonanza, Little House, Highway To Heaven.
Michael Landon was always handsome, when young & older. He had a fantastic head of hair!
I thought it was prostate cancer.
I still watch Michael on tv in the reruns highway to heaven from 1985

Of course!
I cant believe you didn’t mention that William Shatner was known for Star Trek
This report only deals with roles in the 80s.
They DID mention William Shatner. Only highlighting TJ Hooker. Star Trek will ALWAYS be his best!
Also Andy Griffith's best role as Opie's paw.
Its because its the time of the roles not what their best role was
They could have. But the focus was on 1980s television.
Shatner does not like he’s 93! Is he really? Wow! 😮
He looks fabulous.
He's still very involved with his Saddlebred show horses..He use to compete in riding but now competes in Driving. He's unbelievable.
Denzel Washington still looks very good and Shatner looks 30 younger than he actually is.
Patrick Duffy still looks good.
Denzel Washington looks fantastic.
