Fun fact, Moe Cronin will buy the bat from you for 200 caps but will pay more if you have higher charisma. This can be exploited by engaging dialogue offering to sell it to him, looking away and dropping it, accepting the trade, pick it up again and repeat
So there are ghouls, basically fallout's version of zombie in Jamaica Plain. Jamaica is known for being about weed. This baseball bat makes enemies fly into the air. So what Bethesda is saying: Jamaica is full of pothead zombies that trip balls believing themselves to be flying through the air. NOTICE: I pulled this out of my ass, as this is supposed to be funny (bad comedy) and not taken seriously.
Too bad you felt the need to add that disclaimer at the end... The internet does expose you to the worst kind of people, often :P

I found a legendary sword in a grave some people may not know about: if you have done the quest with the ship with the robots go to the building the ship is stuck on after it crashes into it and there should be a town hall with super mutants inside it. Work your way to the top of the town hall and there should be a cricket statue on a golden spike. Once you do you get a quest follow the quest and you will dig up a grave with a sword and some metal bars. It's called Shen somethings sword you should do a video on it camel

I think it's the best melee weapon. Nothing is as satisfying as sending a Super Mutant Behemoth flying 400 feet away as it is with a grand slam.

No you Can't because Bethesda has made it so you get no resources or XP from disarming those tripwires. It's the same as the mechanism their from automatron

Curie did that and cost me a FULL X01 suit repair.. Dunno why but she always decides its a good thing to jump in front of my weapon when in combat.. Fml. 😳😂
Found this bat fairly early on, been my weapon of choice on many occasions. Added aluminium to the bat and bladed mod.
I found it without doing any of that, I just lock picked and hacked my way through

I've had the perk proc for me quite a few times, like 5 times in half an hour. It's my favourite weapon now.
I just found a new unique .44! what you need to do is go far enough with valentine until he asks you to help track down a guy called Eddie winter. once you have tracked down the 10 encrypted holotapes you talk to valentine and he will uncover the code for the door panel. after this valentine will confront eddie and you will have to kill him, the pistol called eddies peace will drop, it has 50% more limb damage!

This procs pretty often for me but I have 10 luck minimum at all times. Started as a stealth VATS sniper until I learned how to play like a boss. Melee is where it's at. I have lots of fun with this unique weapon even though it's not even close to the best bat. Cito's Shiny Slugger, Fencebuster, Rockville Slugger, & Furious Rocket Bat (for siding with The Pack in Nuka-World) are all much better options. I do love how with perks you can increase the distance they fly when it procs. It's hilarious. The go flying back insanely fast like they got hit by a Harrier Jet hurled at them top speed by the Incredible Hulk lol

I found that you can farm the lazer things for their resources by pressing the button at the end of the hall and getting inside the door, and then going around and all the lazer tripwires will be up again.
I love this weapon...Takes my problems away.

this just might be my all time favorite FO4 weapon ever. i’ve killed many super mutant bases, all the ghouls in hubris comics, and a few gunner bases too. planning on leveling up the blacksmith perk so i can make the bladed variant.
In survival mode I was disarming all the laser tripwires when motherfucking DOGMEAT RAN THROUGH THEM AND SET THEM OFF. I was them swishcheese'd.

Fact: VATS crits don't miss
1.hit someone with the bat and send them flying
2. take out your gun
3. Activate vats and execute critical
4. You just hit a trickshot

I would like to point out unlike all other laser tripwire in the game the ones in Jamaica Plains don't give experience for disarming them likely to prevent experience farms and exploiting the idiot sevant perk.

You don't actually have to do all that you can just hack and lock pick lots of things in the area. That's how I did it and there were sloth of master and expert terminals and locks.
Did that all and somehow I couldn't find the password for the final door. So I hacked it and blew those Protectrons with a mininuke and the baseball bat was nowhere to be found. Lol
on my first playthrough I saw it but didn't get it because I don't know it was special

The bad@$$ way of doing this is to tell your companion to go through the laser traps then nuke the turrets and then leave on a vertibird. That you then blew up.
