How to make real baumkuchen by a Japanese female artisan recognized by Germany! [ASMR]

Today's video is a close-up of my favorite delicious baumkuchen store, "Süßes Vegetus", which has newly moved to the "Gosho Minami" area in Kyoto.
When I first visited the store in "Shichiku" before its relocation, I was amazed by its moist texture and gentle flavor, and felt that this was the best baumkuchen I had ever tasted. (I've never had it in Germany, lol).
I wanted to introduce it to everyone with confidence, so I did my best to film it.
It was very interesting to see how the baumkuchen was carefully baked, layer by layer, and I was surprised to see how many branding irons were actually attached to the finished product.
"When I put baumkuchen with branding iron and without branding iron on the shelf at the same time, customers wanted the baumkuchen with branding iron because it was prettier, so I added more and more branding iron," said the store owner.
I was very impressed by the words of this store owner.
Only those made by confectionery meisters certified by the Federal Republic of Germany can call themselves real "baumkuchen.
Everyone, please come to Japan to try one!
It tastes even better if you let it cool for a day. (According to the owner, it tastes best after two weeks.
