*Correction: The Wyndham Business Earner Credit still automatically comes with Diamond Status that you can match to Caesars Diamond Status and the Founders Card agreement has recently been brought back.
How many of your viewers can afford to drop $75,000 and or spend $5,000 a year at one of these casinos to gain these stupid free food credits?
post your Founders referral link!

The winner,,,,,Station Casinos!
😂
When I head out there for my annual Thanksgiving holiday I will be at the Horshoe, but I plan on walking over to Ellis Island, just to check it out. I do recommend checking out the little eateries, and food for sale at Eataly inside Park MGM.

Thanks Jacob for the time and work you put into your videos to help us. 👍👏
You're welcome!
I am a diamond plus at Caesars, Gold at MGM. NYNY and ParkMgm have more $1 old school three reel slots for me, and of course, Cherries Jubilee at MGM.
NYNY and Park are far & away the best spots to play table games on the strip if you’re not high rolling. Just sucks you can’t light up a heater in Park!
In my experience I will say the comps i get from MGM tend to be much better than from Caesars, which is why my last 4 stays in Vegas have all been at MGM properties, from Park to MGM Grand and Delano. My next visit booked is Nomad
what do you usually play?
@@YolkedTech First trip was mainly slots , then I started playing a little roulette on an ETG but the last couple of trip I've mainly played bubble craps and some slots
Oh it’s not even close. Wynn is the only group on the strip with better comps than MGM. I’ve stayed at encore for $120/night on weekdays due to their loyalty program. That’s like what Paris LV costs !
One thing you didn't mention is Entertainment. MGM resorts completely dominate in this space. Which is just another reason that the competition is not even close.
Caesars group have been steadily declining since Eldorado started trying to save money.
I mean, cant blame eldorado trying to save money. Caesars is in $12B of debt
@@user-ly1zz2le2dThat’s good to know. My local casino is owned by Caesar and winning on the local slots has been getting tougher and tougher. Also slot machine break downs have been frequent for me, including waiting about an hour to get my ticket for $77.00 that was stuck in the machine. I talked to several employees as they passed by and the end result, no help. I finally called the casino cage and got help right away. The employee who got my ticket out blamed casino management.
MGM. Caesers check in process alone makes this an easy choice. Also Vdara is smoke free as well.
Caesars check in is a joke. Stayed at Paris once and it took me almost an hour. Waiting, standing in line. This was in 2022! What’s the point of having our iPhones ?!
I always have my best experience with MGM. Their comps have been great for us.
Hello Jacob. Your recent Caesars vs. MGM posting is very informative. As a local, I’d like to see a comparison between Station casinos and Boyd Gaming. I’m certain you’ll have a large audience! Thank you. Michele Chong
I'm a Caesars Palace guy and yes its absolutely a luxury property. That being said I like both MGM and Caesars. Most people I know wouldnt care about apps to play games or non smoking areas. I'm 51 and a nonsmoker but I have been to vegas when smoking was the norm, doesnt bother me. Most of my time is spent at Caesars, Bellagio and Flamingo. Another well done video by Jacob doing his homework.
I use the pop slots type apps for MGM and have for many, many years. I use the rewards every time I go to Vegas.
For me, it's MGM. They don't have all of the new slot machines I want to play, but I only play and dine at MGM properties to maximize my offers. I'm not a high roller or a fine diner. With a reasonable coin-in, I am able to stay mostly between Mandalay Bay and Bellagio and still have a fun filled 4-5 night Vegas vacation (plane, room, taxis, food, concerts, shows, pool, hockey, gambling) without breaking the bank, and find 95% of what I'd find north of Bellagio.
Caesars has fallen hard, IMO. Their casinos are a shell of what they were in 2016, most notably Planet Hollywood. Only the Palace is still nice. I'd rather stay at Luxor than any other Caesars property. Oh, and good luck getting their credit card. I have excellent credit, and have only been denied by one company/bank ever for a card in 10 years: Caesars. Twice.
It's not even close in my book.
Wyndham
Solid video….While MGM is far from perfect I feel MGM has far better customer service, and doesn't funnel guests to kiosks to check in which is a deal breaker.
Never once have I had a problem with MGM addressing my concerns at Vdara/ Aria.
MGM also has better relationship with Amex FHR program which has amazing perks.
That in itself is a win in my book.
I am with you! MGM has wayyy better customer service , and will bend over backwards for you. Especially at Aria,Vdara, and Bellagio. Comps better, food better, just all around a better experience.
Love the Intro Jacob. Clever. 🙂 I almost have 6 Million Points in MGM Slot Apps. for the most part JUNKY Offers. Yes once in a while you can snag some BOGO Buffets.
I know it doesn't mean anything, but I am a VP player and have had HORRIBLE luck at Caesars properties compared to MGM ones. I usually play off-strip, tbh.
I now play off strip as well. I moved 90% of my play to Station casinos ever since MGM changed their players club tier status accumulation from coin-in to theoretical loss. Plus, they continue to remove their VP machines from all of their casinos and that's my game. Add to that they charge for valet and self parking and I was done with their nickel and diming me. The last straw was the hacking of my personal information and MGM not only not letting me know that my account was among those who were hacked until moths after it happened, but they never even offered an apology, let alone an offer to pay for my Lifelock account for a year.
Yeah I'm done with the cold, calculated corporate suit culture and unwelcome atmosphere.
Off strip tends to have better pay tables for video poker.
@djm5687 I will usually play at Station Casinos vs the Strip when I can.
Would love to see you do an in depth review of Red Rock Resorts/Station Casinos and other properties for the locals!
So would I!! Station Casinos has become my go-to properties for VP playing, and their players club is now THE BEST player's club in all of Las Vegas. With friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere all across the board, plenty of VP with some of the highest pay scales, great restaurants and more high end properties, (Durango is gorgeous!) FREE self AND valet parking, they are now my favorite place to play to stay and play.
When I stayed at Ceasars Palice I tried to only gamble at Ceasars properties. I put $1000 through them and with the exception of Flamingo, I lost my monet very quickly. I don't gamble at Ceasars properties now. I expect to loss money, but I felt robbed.
Awesome video, I’ll be in Vegas in July! Glad I have the pro giving some great info, thank you Jacob 😜
Great information once again Jacob, thank you for your time and effort of putting it togethet!
Thanks for keeping us up with great information!
Great Comparison! Keep up the good work. I'll add that i've found Ceasars is more generous with their room comps, but MGM is more generous with all other non-room comps. I much prefer MGM properties, but generally stay at Cesears because getting Diamond status is absolutely doable, while getting to MGM Gold status or above is nigh impossible for low-to-mid rollers like myself
only 1:30 into the video but hit the like button already for doing all the research. Appreciate you Jacob.

A true masterclass of a video! Great content jacob!!
Great job! I called mgm to ask about using the card and employee didn't even know they print the credit card for you. I tried to tell them, but Linda wasnt listening, just gave up and trusted you ❤ 😂
I've been to Vegas countless times and I have never stayed at any of Caesars' properties. I stayed mostly at MGM properties like The Aria, Delano, Bellagio, Cosmo and Vdara. I also stayed non MGM and Caesars properties like Wynn/Encore, Resorts World and Fontaineblaeu.
Have you ever considered staying downtown?
@@djm5687 Nope. I don't go to downtown often. My lady and I did go and checked out Circa back in March. It's was alright but we prefer staying at hotels on the Strip.
Delano is the most underrated hotel in vegas I absolutely adore that place
very informative my man....Thanks
Glad to help
Great video i liked how u did the boxing intro 🔥🔥🔥
Great video. Best one in months from any TH-camr. Ty for your hard work. Much appreciated. Been mgm gold for years. Was harsh and loved it until ceasers bought them out long time ago.
Mahalo nui for your hard work!
I go to vegas fairly often and always stay at a Caesars property. I love the staff - their culture is friendly and proud of where they work and feeling good about their jobs. The range of restaurants. The quality of shows at their theaters. But I’m also not a huge fan of gambler. I’m an appreciated of good hotels with good service and good locations. But stay wherever makes you happy is what I say. You’re still in Vegas regardless so it’s not a bad day really. ☺️
very good info thanks
De nada!
I have stayed at mostly MGM locations except for Planet Hollywood a year ago which i enjoyed. Bellagio is my fave
This was excellent!!
Thank you Jacob. As a special education teacher and an Army veteran this information is great to know.
You're welcome Sandy!
Great episode props to you for the research you put in! I still like park mgm!
Jacob, this is great information. You definitely did your homework.
Glad it was helpful!
I stayed at Aria ten years ago and loved it.
True man of his people, thanks bro
Well today is my last day in vegas after 5 days, I see vegas completely different now, I’m so glad I came here
Glad to hear you enjoyed the trip!
Thank you for all the information. I have made a decision to travel there probably in the early Fall. I was able to get the MGM card. I also signed up for your email newsletter.
You're welcome Eve! Thanks for the sign up!
Tons of useful info Jacob!
That opening…you so silly…and you are popping up in the vids of all the other Vegas peeps I watch…I love it. I want a seat at the table but I’m still trying to figure out how to retire in Vegas as soon as possible lol.
Love the video! Another thing I think you should consider is how many locations each company has that throughout the world
Jacob,
Thanks again for sharing this information. ✔️
Might see you around the strip soon. 😄
Thumbs up Brother 👍🏼
Thanks a lot Mitch! I appreciate the tip!
Excellent video! I think MGM is the all-around better group in 2024. For me, this comes down to the customer service. MGM has eclipsed Caesars in this category, and it's really not a comparison right now. Caesars is clearly trying to cheap out, and it's showing. The one area that Caesars has MGM clearly beat is location.
They both have their own unique good and bad things about them. I have pearl status from the MGM credit card, so I get free parking all the time. but their table minimums are higher, so I typically play tables at Caesar's properties.
I will be staying at the luxer hotel when I come to las vegas in August
Try to stay in one of the towers. The rooms are better and not as hard to walk to and from
@canyon50 I always do this is going to be my 12th year staying at the luxer hotel
I’m flying to vegas Friday and staying in the Luxor I often get comped upgrades a lot of people shit on the Luxor but it’s a decent hotel
I’m sorry for you.
@ccordray4 they will still be in Vegas even if they were staying at the worst resort in Vegas, that is still a win.
Outstanding video Jacobo
Absolute treasure trove of information. I 100% agree with Horseshoe going nonsmoking, let's start a petition 😁
Horseshoe is the most underrated hotel on the strip. Best bang for the buck when you consider everything.
@@tomprice4016 We like it a lot, have stayed there 9 times as Bally's/ HS. Too bad the Jubilee tower has been given to Paris as it was our favorite. On our next trip they were a bit more than Paris for some reason so we're giving Paris a try.
I think either MGM or Caesars would be wise to hire you as their exclusive social media content creator at a high 6 figure salary at least. Such is the value you would represent to them with your practical knowledge and info. Nonetheless, I also wouldn't be surprised if neither company has the foresight to see the value of having you work for them. Very good job overall on your work and clever content to keep your channel fresh!
I know this was a TON of research. Good job, Jacob!
This is perfect timing for your post. In about 2 weeks I'm coming for my birthday and we are staying at an MGM property instead of Caesars. Caesars comps us, but I'm using my Marriott elite perks for a free room at the New York. Interested to see how they treat us, we are Diamond and will inquire about loyalty match. Jacob I want to see you during Memorial Day weekend!
🥊🥊 Jacob, thanx 4 all your hard work on this 😊 ( I stay @ the D on Freemont St. now a days ) 🎉
Not only an informative video but also entertaining.
Glad to hear it! Thank you!
Bought out by a company in Renoooooooo😂🤣
Fun opening
Think you said that 40 Wyndham nights are required before being allowed to match the WEB card to Caesar’s Diamond. If so where do I find that in writing?
he made a correction in a comment, you don't need the 40 Wyndham nights. 40 nights is only if you are trying to get Diamond status at Wyndham without the credit card.
Great video and research! My gf and I were in Vegas earlier this year, and we stayed at Luxor, and had bad customer service at check in, and the quality of Luxor was bad. Our flight was canceled, while we were sitting in front of Caesars, and needed to stay another night, and they were really great. Luxor was advertising King bedrooms available on their website the night we arrived, we had booked in advance a King bedroom, and when arriving they told us they didn't have any, and that they can change the booked room whenever and however they wanted. They eventually "found" one for us. We won't stay at Luxor again, based on your reviews, maybe Monterrey or Bellagio, or we'll go with Caesars again. We don't plan to go back for awhile though, have other places we want to go to first.
My wife and I live about an hour north of Atlantic City. We used to like to go to Caesars AC, but their restaurant choices have gone down since the COVID-19. I understand, that they have to close the buffet. But, they closed Cafe Roma. Cafe Roma was AC's version of Cafe Americano. We would have lunch and breakfast there. Borgata has more restaurant choices, and we don't have to pay for valet parking.
You Rock Jacob!!!
didn't know about the recent Wyndham change. good to know, thanks.
Hey Jacob, thanks for the great info luv your vlogs. Founders Card is back in bed with Caesars as of April 2024
Great video Jacob! Thanks for the data!
De nada!
Thank you Jacob for all of the information. Seeing this video they don't seem very welcoming.
Nice video Jacob 😊
The Las Vegas monorail is HUGE gamechanger. After using it between properties Caesar’s now has my vote when I was biased towards mgm
There’s a Park MGM -> Aria -> Bellagio tram on the other side of the strip. Good for gambling + eating (gamble at park, eat at aria or Bellagio)
Super nice tram cars too.
@@pbcash7788 but the monorail takes you to the north end of strip and to the farthest south end so idk that’s a win in my book
@@R3CKL3SSsk8r yeah I hear you. They charge for that one though right? MGM ones have always been free for me.
I've been Diamond with Caesars for several years and just feel like all the hotels in Vegas except for Caesars Palace are getting run down. I play CA at Harrahs Socal to get my tier points and status. Last fall I went to Lake Tahoe to use the comps for rooms and Harveys is trashed and Harrahs isn't much better. The network of casinos is great but they are all losing their luster. I'm kinda over it. MGM seems like the right call.
... ready to rummmmmble 🥊
👊
The boxing intro was wild 😂
This dude puts out great content.
We have stayed at 3 MGM priorities and 1 Cesears and just prefer MGM overall, we have a great experience there. So many good food options and brilliant pools!
I’ve always been a huge fan of Las Vegas, but comparatively, I’m not a big gambler. Visually and style they both have their own advantages, but I’ve always been a giant fan of Caesars entertainment in general.
Side job as a boxing announcer perhaps? Your good at it lol!
😂Maybe 🤔
As a lifelong Caesars player, I just switched over to MGM. My coin-in is around $10M a year and they lost not just me but my friends that play as much as I do now play at Resorts World.
100% agreed on the MGM-affiliated free gaming apps! My wife had- over a couple of years of playing- earned enough loyalty coins to cash in on an offer for a free cruise aboard the Norwegian Encore (interior cabin). So not only did we cash in some of the loyalty coins on offers while in Vegas last Christmas, but we also scored a free, 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise for later this year. Disclosure: We did purchase an upgrade to an aft balcony, paying only the difference between the free interior cabin and said balcony.
I much prefer all the mgm properties, but I’m yet to have any luck at there casinos
It would be nice to add information on the Caesar's air to Reno and Laughlin and cruise awards as well
Just stayed at Caesars Paris hotel. Nice, clean casino & room. Rooms need renovations as wallpaper is peeling off, and carpet is worn in some ares. BJ tables have been reduced (2 dedicated, 6-5 BJ payout). Good food choices, food quality. 7 of 10 overall.
I think I’ve been to Vegas 9 times? Never stayed at a Cesar’s property. MGM always seemed the better deals and stuff inside. I’ve never even been tempted to stay at actual Cesar’s, it’s honestly too big. We don’t even go inside cause it’s sorta back and away and hasn’t had any draw. Venetian tho would be where we stay.
Source for the changes to Wyndham earners business card? The website still says automatic diamond.
EDIT: as far as I can tell, 40 nights is the requirement for Wyndham Diamond normally, and does not affect the Business Earner card.
Yeah. I want to see the backup on this. I got diamond just 2 months ago by getting the WBE cc.
Not saying they couldn’t have changed it in the last two months, and Jacob is the man when it comes to Vegas stuff, but I haven’t seen the 40 night requirement for the WBE cc until this vid.
I just got Caesars Diamond last week with a new Wyndham Business Earners card. Not sure where the 40 nights info is coming from.
@@Robosan4000 Same here
Thanks for the heads up. I thought it changed for the Business Earner card, but looks like I had it confused with their standard credit card.
@@JacobslifeinVegas Yeah, you were probably thinking of the standard cards. I enjoy the channel. Keep up the good work! Thanks
On our last trip to Vegas two weeks ago, I took my Cosmopolitan gold rewards card to Planet Hollywood across the street to tier match to Caesars diamond. They were able to pull up an account that I created almost 20 years ago and said I was not eligible for a tier match since I was a current member. It felt like the clerk was excited to deny the match.
That’s really shady and dirty. I’m sure she could have given it to you. Some people do get a kick out of denying people.
Ok! Before watching all the way through Caesers for sure. We'll see by the end.
🤔
@JacobslifeinVegas Hear me out, I'm looking through the lens of the military discount. I do feel like I get good deals at both, but I feel I get more value through Caesers properties. Outside of that, I feel the Caesers properties are a little better maintained than MGM, comparing the mid/value hotels. Also, Caesers customer service is so good. I had a situation when visiting a couple years ago, and we were staying at PH. I had gotten in a fender bender right on Las Vegas Blvd. as we were literally just getting there, and some jackass tore my front bumper off. PH has literal angels working there. They took my bumper and held it for me until I figured out what to do with it. They were such a huge help, and just went above and beyond. Lots of really good people working at the Caesers properties. Love them.
I like MGM properties more than Ceasar properties regarding their offers
Have you sent or the pdf of all these stats? I have been in the mailing list for months but have not gotten this one yet.
Don’t even have to watch your video MGM is the winner!!! Safer, more class and has better payouts!!! Enough said!!!
MGM all the way, Caesar’s is in massive debt stock way down as well.
The biggest oh my God moment was when that little kid cannon balled into that pool you were in...that HAD to of hurt his knees 😳
Without question MGM...and to tell ya the truth it's not even close. Caesars may dominate smaller markets but in Vegas MGM basically owns it...Mandalay Bay, Aria, Bellagio, the Cosmo, etc etc not even remotely close.
We're going to Vegas in June have 4 comp nights at the Bilaggio
Bellagio 😊
Well that's depressing. I've just found out I qualify for Senior Discount 😂😂

No, it means you now have additional funds for drinking, eating, and gambling.

Caesars has lost all of its luster. When the namesake property has gone to shit as it has since the Eldorado buyout - pass. 1)Wynn, 2) Stations, 3) MGM. Great video Jacob. Appreciate all the research, hard work and info. You're one of my favorite LV youtubers hands down.
I have never stayed at Caesars and have no desire to, but I work with people that were hardcore Caesar fans, but around 2018 and 2019 they were rethinking it because they felt it was going downhill and was not the Caesars they loved.
