Great mods Robby, I have a similar setup on the 9125 i converted for my older brother, it runs on the same surpass hobby platinum 45A esc and 4370kv 2845 motor to replcae the dual 390 brushed system. I filmed a off road speed run on it the other day actually. Also recently converted my JJRC Q39B truck to brushless which made it a fun truck. Have a great Sunday brother

Yessir. As you know this gets around nicely. I am so impressed with how smooth a runner this is. It doesn’t seem like it’s programmed to have that insane standing backflip punch, but instead a real linear power delivery. I like it!
That was awesome!! When it hit 38 on 2s I said oh yeah- it'll see 50!- I do believe it would've if the wheel wouldn't have pulled a Ron White!! ( if you don't know, look up Ron white- van tire fell off ) great video‼️👍👍🦾🦾🤘🤘

Happened with my Team A MT10 not long ago only it didn’t crash into anything and I lost my hex and hex pin. Gonna have to make it a habit to loc tite these things, especially doing speed runs! If you made it to the wheel shooting off than that was almost the highlight of the video with maybe the exception the speed results themselves. I someday Will Discipline myself to go thru and tighten all the wheel nuts before I do stuff like this. All I did was check for slack in the wheels! My bad for sure!😂 Oh well maybe now I will be able to share with others the answer to the big question; which WLTOYS parts work? and which don’t? Thank you AL! It is a pretty tough Rig! It was my Bad not actually putting a wheel nut wrench on those wheel nuts. I had just quickly checked for wheel slack and didn’t feel any so I sent it! Felt good on the first pass on 3s so it really surprised me that the wheel went flying 😝. The Surpass Hobby set up was exactly the smooth power characteristics I wanted and hoped for. Thanks for the tip . Think Once the replacements come in I’ll have to thread lock that wheel nut. Think it was that hard crash against the sidewalk curb that busted off the threaded part of the cvd!👍🏻😝.
Nice setup Robby. I've had good luck with these budget sensorless kits. No need to spend a bunch of money on the name brand stuff because it'll cost more than these budget cars and you won't see a noticeable difference

Maybe if your racing at a track , then I could justify a good sensored motor for dialing in perfect timing and smoothness, but for bashing these cheaper set ups are difficult to beat for the money! Great video Robby agree with you on tx Rx combo I got one and was well surprised how good they are for a budget radio . That goes really well even on 2s they do make some good brushless systems . It happens it's a easy fix . That's a decent speed run on that 👍

LOL! So funny, I Lost the nut for good I think, but the hex, axle, axle pin and hex pin stayed with the wheel as well! Yeah, 47.9mph Is a great speed, but I really had a good bit of throttle left to go. I know it had at least 50 in it! Good thing Stuart Little wasn’t driving!😝 Thanks for the awesome comment buddy.
