Good am, do you recommend manual stirring the white ink tank every hour? Its adhesive may settle down at the bottom of the tank if not stirred manually every hour interval.

Its a great question, it would require a 22x30 sheet so roughly around $20-25 for the prints. This particular shirt would be a premium one off. An art piece because its hard to replicate the exact placement along with details. It also takes a lot of work to do. I would add some branding pieces to add some value and try to get min $100 for it.

There are lots of good ones out there. I can't recommend a particular one. DTF Printers are not cheap but DO NOT waste your time and money on any converted printers.

Great suggestion but that would be hard with a swing away press. its possible with heat resist tape and a lot of time.

btw why do you print a colour bar ?
It keeps the ink flowing during the whole printing process, reducing banding in the prints.

It is not recommended to press a transfer onto another transfer. It becomes thick and may not adhere for longevity.

We recommend stirring your white ink before your printing shift. You don't need to stir hourly.

This heat press was imported from Asia so we don't have a product link unfortunately. We love the air pneumatic heat presses.

Its possible for it has to be perfectly done. There's no margin for error. I'd stick to doing it with at least a 22"film.

As long as your artwork is prepped and ready, we can accept gangsheets up to 22x100". This design I believe was 22x36"
