Thank you for the info! I’m 10mths into my new saltwater hot tub and I’m in a spot! My chemicals got out of control…chlorine was too high for a couple of months and some of my jets got rusted. Can I remove the rust and put the jets back in or should I get all new jets (the ones affected). What do you recommend cleaning the jets with? I just did my first drain and clean. I own the Hot Springs Pulse.
Hello, I’m interested in the filter cleaner tool that attaches to the drill. However first off, the diameter of my filter is not included on the list of suggested sizes, and it doesn’t show canada as an option to deliver to?? Do you exclude Canadians from buying your products? Thanks,
Can I clean my white hot spring tub with a magic eraser at the waters edge? Just above the water line the plastic no longer looks shiny and I’m nervous one use of the magic eraser took off the shine finish.
I have has very good luck with magic eraser. Test a small area and don't rub to hard would be my suggestion and do not use one with any detergents preadded
I think they are great for the money. They do not do incredibly well for my area as they cant stay outside if they freeze. But they are awesome if you are in a warmer climate or can put in a garage. They obviously don't last as long but a hot tub is always better then no hot tub is my opinion

I would contact your dealer they may be under warranty. But typically those jets have to be replaced
