And wouldn’t ya know it, I left both sets of hammock straps at the house. I rigged up one and let my son sleep in it since he’s lighter. The girls had the tent. And me and the dog slept in the vehicle. Lol.
Love it as I do with all of them Trip. Suggestion... create a checklist like all pilots whether they are piloting a Cessna 150 or a Triple 7 they all have a checklist that they check off before they take off so Trip could create a check off lift list before Trip takes off.

I highly recommend a hammock gear top quilt!!! I have the 40 degree economy under quilt+protector with top quilt and was toasty at an unexpected windy 35 degrees on my last camp trip.
I live about 1/2 mile off the Flint in Leesburg GA straight south on hwy 19. We have some creeks with blue holes on them down here. The river has alot of shoals down this way mostly knee deep Edit- white or black rooster tails will catch most anything on the river in the shoals

So I do a fair amount of current fishing and I always cast upstream and let the bait drift in the current as naturally as possible over and around structure.

For the love of God , if you don't buy a sleeping bag at least buy a GOOD pad that will work on that board and your boat !!! I would recommend the current NEMO Tango down comforter WITH pad sleeve . The very popular UBERlite pad , or the Xtherm from Therm-a rest . I bought the NEMO strato-loft down bag WITH " built in " pad sleeve about 6 yrs ago . I will NEVER own another bag without some kind of a pad SLEEVE . Big Agnes makes quite a few bags with pad sleeves also . You could throw that Therm-a - rest Uberlite 8oz pad anywhere and ALWAYS have it with you . Nemo makes some GREAT lightweight pads also , that can be found on Sale cheaper ... Stay safe out there brother . And get a ALWAYS carry PAD !!! ............ Gubs
