I saw Selena at a baile in Nov" 94. She came to the Lakeland Civic Center, in Lakeland Florida. I didn't know her or of her. All 3 sets of cousins went yo the baile together. I was 16yrs old.
I shed a tear everytime i see this performance. I'm from her home town Corpus Christi she is very well loved and respected around here she was beautiful inside and out, a pure heart💜 I wish she had more time but she has blessed us with her grace and humility an she still inspires me to this day.💜

Definitely make it down to the museum. It’s not what you’d expect from the outside but the inside….WOW. Literally everything is in there and if your lucky her Dad will be in his office and Suzette as well. The time I went to the museum, her dad left his office door open so people could walk by and say hi and even have conversations with him. He was a very nice man. You can still see the sadness in his eyes though.
