Wow, I used to have trident fern but it always turn brown. I’m so envy of this tank. I think lesser fish is fine for this tank. The way I see it, the plants are the main attraction.
Removing the stem plants and using more crypts has made such a dramatic difference. This might be your best ever George. If it had a lid I would say marbled hatchet fish for 'layering', but since it is open, maybe black neons to contrast with the fish reds and the greens of the plants, though they are middle water level fish. Some cory species would add interest especially for children, and, who doesn't love it when they 'wink' at the viewer.
Amazing. It's been a while since I've watched one of you're videos George. Definitely need to crack on and sort our small tank, maybe a perfect winter project for us.
Hi George , tank is looking fantastic , beautiful growth and colours . I think the tank needs some Corries hoovering around on the bottom , the rarer black ones look amazing. . All the best , Martin
Absolutely glorious. Loving the underwater flowers. I got a few on Anubias barteri (not nana). As for adding fish. Maybe a couple more Cardinals and a group of Nannostomus (?) higher up. 👍
Some corydoras would be lovely for some bottom action. I love my orange Venezuelans and so does my 6-year old daughter and they don't bother my shrimp.
Sir, can you please tell us which camera and lenses do you use to shoot your current videos ? I want to start an aquascaping channel, but don't know much about all these. What camera and lens would you suggest to start with full fledgedly for TH-cam ? Much LOVE ❤😊
Mixture of iPhone 13 Pro Max and Canon EOS 90D with 24/40/100 f2.8 lenses. Shooting with a modern smartphone is good enough to get started. Story is king - not cameras.
oase biomaster 850 cant really recommend it ! cost over 350£ and firts thing the lever broke that closes in and out hoses to the head i cant even buy it and now moving to eheim
Sorry to hear that. I guess I’m lucky to have no issues since using them almost exclusively for 5 years. Eheim are good filters although I’ve heard their app is glitchy if you’re going for that model. Good luck 😃
I would go for a couple of ramirezi or A. Borelli. And a couple of colisa chuna or lalia. For the lower and upper level. This would add different behaviour and why not reproduction, for the young girl to observe.
Happy to see u still in this hobby george ❤
I love the way you get your trident to grow. The habit is so dense and fine and relaxed.
Beautiful scape mate
Love the plant choices and the swap-outs. great looking tank all.

Sublime scape. I really enjoy how mature it looks at only a few months. Great work!

So many flowers on the Buce. Very nice
Amazing!!!
That buce is looking so good!.
What a great Aquascape!🎉
Just beautiful George. You do amazing scapes👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you. There are better aquascapes out there but these are generally more sustainable due to the plant choice. 🙏

Welcome back mate 💚

Cheers Martin!
Amazing Buce!!
Stunning . Beautifull healthy tank. Clean leaves, what a good result 👏

Beautiful ❤
stunning tank indeed!
I think a honey ghourami would love that tank
Wow 🤩
A few celestial pearl danios would look great in there.
How to keep substrate near the front glass so clean? Or it was cleaned for the video?
Stunning!! Curious about the water hardness, as you've mentioned areas of the UK having harder water. Any idea what the approximate GH and KH may be?
I think the TDS is around 250ppm. Unsure of the GH and KH. These species do very well in harder water, especially with good CO2, light and nutrients.
Ok ❤

How does the aquarium stay so free of algae? Besides the bba? Is Carbo dosed? Seachem excel or something similar?
Diligent maintenance and plenty of healthy plant growth. Laurence occasionally spot doses Excel but there’s been no need for a couple of months.
Regarding the inline diffuser. Is it the same one that you have on your biomaster 350 under your scaperline 60s at home?
Yes 👍
I would add some chili rasboras

@@GeorgeFarmerStudios Thankyou so much for taking time out and replying Sir. 😊
Add angels or some sort of gourami!

Does he run the light at 100% or is it dimmed?
100% for 8 hours
@@GeorgeFarmerStudios Thanks for responding. I'll try turning mine up a little. Same setup basically. Less growth.
Complimenti .......co2 24 ore??
No, on a solenoid with the lights. 2hrs before lights on, 1hr before lights off
