My favorite citrus fragrance is a Cool Water flanker called Cool Water Jasmine and Tangerine. To me it's like chilled sparkling water flavored with fresh tangerine. It is so cooling and refreshing. I absolutely love it and I always keep a backup of it. One of my top 10 forever fragrances for sure.🍊

But today, on this 90’s and muggy day - it’s Jovan White Musk all the way!
Ooohh, the memories!! Jovan White Musk was my first perfume love! It has been my aunty’s signature scent since she smelled it on me when I was around 14. That was many moons ago. When I met my husband - my then-boyfriend- his signature was the man’s Jovan Musk. The attraction was immediate! 😆 But once I got pregnant with our first daughter, I made him stop wearing it - it made me nauseous, and to this day, I can’t get myself to smell it. Lol.
Interesting. I’ve never thought of Princess as a citrus-like fragrance but lately, I've been reaching for her and Signature. I love both! Great choices!

I love your videos Veronica! You are one of the most real and relatable fragrance youtubers for me, and I try to never miss an upload.
Your choices are so nice. Guerlain Mandarine Basilic is one of my all time favorites, and it would definitely make the cut if I had to pare down. I also have the Forte version, which is beautiful in it's own right, but is sweeter and lacks the incredible freshness of the original to my nose. I smell the vanilla base in Forte which is what I think makes it heavier and denser to me. I really enjoy it, but it hasn't dethroned the original. I'm curious about the Harvest version, as the note structure seems simpler.
And Chance Eau Fraiche is one of my very favorite summer citrus fragrances. As you said, the combo of wood and citrus is just bright and beautiful. I have both the EDP and the EDT, and I like to layer them. The EDP for longevity, and the EDT because it had a little extra something to me. 🍋

Have to absolutely agree! The glow is radiating! A very neglected fragrance group, myself included. Even in the summer I don’t often reach for them although I have quite a few. Actually, I just added Chanel Eau Fraiche EDP as it’s woodier. 🍋🟩 🍋

🍊My favorite citruses are Atelier D'es Ors Blanc Polychrome & Nuda Veritas . I don't like the blue bottle ones. And also BDK Villa Neroli and Citrus Riviera.
I will always like Light Blue and Chance Eau Fraiche. Terracotta, Neroli Oranger from Matiere, Loubihorse and Soleil Neige (which is the biggest complement magnet ever),, Pomegranate Salvia and another 4711 Pomegranate and Carthusia A'mmare. Due to my geographical location, I love citruses, so I have many favorites that I don't remember out of the top of my head, I know I am missing tons of them that I use a lot. My husband is a huge fan of Orange Sanguine, Virgin Island Water and of the Neroli Oranger and the BDKs. Now that we are almost empty nesters, I gave my Neroli Portofino, Eau de Soleil Blanc (I prefer the Eau to the Soleil) and another Tom Ford that I can't remember because I never used them to my daughter and boyfriend, I gave her like 75+ perfumes that she used more than me. At the end of the day, she's an only child and all that's mine is hers anyway. Oh, and lately I am LOVING MFK's 725, Acqua Celestia Forte (the blue one) and Acqua Media Forte (the green one)...so good.🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊

My most complimented citrus, is Valaya. It is not my favorite fragrance, but by far my most complimented. If you want to do a test to see if you will get compliments- try Valaya! I promise you will ! Layer with Madurai from Memo and it is over! People go nuts.

“O” de Lancome is a long time favourite. I have older versions of Hermes l’Orange Vert. I love Italian and Spanish citrus colognes all summer long. 4711 flankers are so fresh and reasonably priced. My favourite citrus is bergamot. If I want a better performance from a citrus, I get a chypre. “Sicily” is a citrus beast. I loved your suggestions. Great list 👍

Your makeup is so pretty today! So fresh and clean clean! My citruses are Aqua Allegoria Mandarine Basilic, and Orange Soleia, which has blood orange, petigrain, and mint. I also have, and love Light Blue Summer Vibes, which I like for, the hotter weather. I’m not adding any more at this point because I am saving my coin for a really expensive fragrance I have been wanting! Ormond Jayne Vanille Des Afrique. I can’t stop thinking about it! By the way Veronica, Endlessly keeps selling out. I, not sure if it is because of your mentioning it, but it sells out as fast as they restock😄 I am not worried because I have 8 backup bottles now.🙈

Excellent choices! The O d'Azur I bought on your recommendation, and it was one of my favorite being buys of 2023. Also, I find that the 4711 Blood orange and Basil to be very similar to Manadarin Basilic, though the mandarine one comes off sweeter to me. I really like Q, though here on TH-cam people are meh about it and think it's similar to Light Blue. I don't agree at all. I really get the sweet cherry note mixed with the citruses, which is lovely to me. Speaking of Light Blue, the intense is a constant rotation for me here in hot FL. It's clean, kinda classy and I get lots of compliments from my fam, who are usually the only people who smell me 😅

I too had my citrus phase back in the 2000s, wore The Body Shop Bergamot and living in Milan back in early 2000s loved the Erbolario line...especially Green Tea which was a gorgeous citrus tea scent. Now my faves are Jo Malone Lime Basil Mandarine and Terre d'Hermes. Thanks for your vids I have come to await them weekly! ❤ ❤❤❤

Hi gorgeous I still like Paula's Ibiza by Loewe, Sicily by Mancera, Moscow Mule by Juliette Has a Gun, Salty Breeze by Autobiography (Paris Corner) it is a citrus/wood/ aromatic scent, and a cheapie, Shaghaf Men by Swiss Arabian (not gourmand but sweet orange/lemon juice with some aromatic tones.

Great video and I love your choices!! I love the Aqua di Gioia Intense and oh my scent memories with Ginger Essence. I’ve had it in my collection for probably 20 yrs. I adore that scent. I just purchased a small bottle of D&G Q and I really enjoy it. I was pleasantly surprised at how different it was from Light Blue and the variations of that scent. I’m just kind of over it. I get a nice 4-5 hours of it and on those hugs people really like it. One of my favorite citrus scents is Malibu Party in the Bay. The lime lasts a long time on me. It’s definitely a favorite! The last Mancera purchase was Instant Crush and I’ve only tried it a couple of times and NO ONE in my house liked it. It’s a hard citrus to wear for me. I haven’t decluttered it yet but I’m so close. Citrus was my JAM in high school and college... and I still love a good citrus scent now and then! I've never tried Clementine California, but do own Orange Sanguine from Atelier which is super juicy and fresh. They really know how to do citrus imho. I recently picked up a travel of Q and was surprised to see it in this list, but just sprayed it on a strip and get the citrus now. From the nozzle, it sort of reminds me of a softer, fresh and powdery version of Gourmand Coquin. I need to try this on asap! lol 🍋🟠🍋

I have Harvest Mandarin Basilic. To me, it’s heavier on the orange and sweeter with less basil. Longevity and projection is a little better than the OG, but I like the OG slightly better. They are extremely similar though

Good afternoon Veronica 😊. I love citrus fragrances. Yes they do not last long. But when you can smell them, fresh goodness. I have a sample of fresh Hesperides Grapefruit and it's orangey yumminess to my nose😊.. Have you smelled fresh Sugar Lemon?,its okay. I didn't get the sugar sweetness that I was looking for. It's a bedtime scent for me.

I love this topic & came to watch because I'm a big fan of citrus fragrances. They help me to feel better vs miserable in the high heat of summer. Especially lemon dominant fragrances. I fell in love with Molton Brown Cassia Energy Sport because it is a cloudy type of lemon fragrance that lasts all day on me. This scent is soft & billowing & gives me a very nice scent bubble throughout the day of wear. I think it leans feminine, but I think it can work for both men & women. (I'm not a big fan of Light Blue, because that was too screechy for me when I sampled it a few years ago). But it is sadly, discontinued, & I am in search of a decent replacement. I purchased my atomizer that came in an aluminum can from TJ Maxx 5-10 years ago. It is not in Fragrantica's data base & I have requested that Fragrantica include this fragrance as well. Lemon Icon/Emoji here. SOS! Send Help!

I don’t really like citrusy 🍋 perfumes, but I have O de Lancôme (the original). It is citrusy but I like it. I bought it though because it was launched on my birth year (I am that old). But I truly like it! I will try those indicated by you. Who knows, I mainly fall in love with one.

I was once gifted a few Origin products from that ginger line and I used to love their fragrance. I found it so uplifting and comforting. I never left my favorite fresh citrus fragrances: Blanc Polychrome, Petit Martin, A Girl In Capri, Happy Chopard Lemon Dulci and Pomelo Riviera for the moment outside of the 2 I mentioned from your list. A citrus fragrance I have in my collection that I'm side eyeing is Aqua Allegoria Pamplelune. Have you sniffed that one? I get a cat pissy grapefruit scent. One I would like to get my nose on is Gritti Pomelo Sorrento. Heard it's good. Have you smelled it? If so you thoughts😊.

I love citrus fragrances! Then again, I love green fragrances, too. Thanks for the roundup of your favorites. I still have an almost-empty rollerball of Hesperides that I have been babying. So great to know it’s back! My fave citruses are a few from Zara (Amalfi Sunray, Vetiver Pamplemousse, and Fleur d’Oranger). Capri from 1969 is also a great orange in all its forms. I would love to find a perfume that is black tea with lemon, but no mint. If you know of any, please let me know. Have a great day! 🍋🟩🍋🍊

Hi Veronica! Love your makeup look! I love citrus fragrances and currently I’m into Levant by Ormonde Jayne, Acqua AND Ocean di Gioia, and Pacific Lime by Atelier Cologne! I tried Q and the scent dissipated very quickly, in like 30 minutes. I was disappointed because it smells very nice. I wonder if the intense version is better. Overspraying might work. 😂

Hi Veronica, this note is absolutely tied up to summer time. I adore Lancome D'Azure. Chanel Chance EAU Fraiche EDP really puts me in a real good mood, still love the EDT version. Hermes Twilly Ginger is my fave from this line. I was gifted a 50ml bottle of Oyedo by Diptyque..supposed to be citrussy but I literally get a cooling effect (like minthol feeling) on my skin where I spray, did not like it in the beginning but then grew on me.

Hey Veronica 😍, not related to citrus scents at all 😂, there are some amazing deals on some Tiziana Terenzi fragrances I thought you might be interested in , Arethusa is a beautiful summer floral fragrance , reminds me being at the beach , I think it's the note of broom doing that for me..... also, just added Saiph and nobody talks about this one, well , Amber from Amberthefragview does , and Saiph is an airy beautiful floral, florals aren't really my thing , but these are both beautiful ❣

My fave summer citrus perfumes are Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine, Hermes le Jardin de Monsieur Li (love the kumquat note) and if it’s very hot, Moschino I Love Love (smells like grapefruit to me, I don’t pick up on the other notes 🤔)

Not sure if it's been on a past list, but a tried and true citrus cheapie is CK IN2U. It's great on, totally unisex, and doubles as a fabulous room spray. 💜

I don't wear a lot of citrus. But, there is a lot of Orange and Grapefruit incorporated in Terre d'Hermes and I adore that fragrance.

My favorite cheapies are Mac Turquatic and Moschino I love love!!! They are both so refreshing and citrus forward! My ultimate favorite for the summer is Dior Homme EDT!! 🍋 I guess I have a lot of citrus fragrances, which would be a lot to list them all. Hermès Eau d'Orange Verte is in my top ten of all time. Two recent ones that are really good are, once again, Francesca Bianchi Libertine Neroli and Maison Crivelli Neroli Nasimba. Does neroli count as citrus? Maybe not. Sadly, Clementine California smells like menthol cigarettes on me. For a while there, Maxaroma included a 10 ml (maybe smaller) travel spray of it with my orders. I think I got like three of 'em! I gave them to my niece.

Super basic… but when I think citrus, I think of Diptyque’s Oyedo. On my skin it’s pretty linear, but I don’t mind the sweet citrus overdose and it’s nice to layer with other fragrances!

Citruses are hit or miss for me, but I love Falling Into The Sea by Imaginary Authors. There's something so comforting about it - maybe that's what the "warm sand" note is supposed to evoke. I've never smelled a citrus perfume quite like it.
