Glad I stumbled upon Kelly's tutorials online. She has done more to fix my mistakes in the gym (newbie here) than the trainer I paid. She communicates very well. Also, I am glad the camera work is sooooo much better on this video than the previous ones who were wayyyy too dynamic, twitchy and moved too quick. The camera person made sure to capture all of her so we can really see proper form. Well done. Thank you

Great selection and presentation, thank you! Apart from the shoulder press, I do every "flying" shoulder exercise with cables. The strength curve ist simply so much better than with dumbells! I even do upright rows with cables sometimes.

I like the Cable Lateral raise to be set to wrist height to achieve a better range of motion on the side delts. Rather than from the floor. The wrist strap will work better. Credit Doug Brignole. RIP
I don't feel mine either if I do the bent over version she showed, but if I turn my palms up and slightly bend my elbows I get a crazy rear delt contraction.
Your Y raise was very interesting. I haven’t seen it done that way before. I typically will do either face poles with the rope or why poles with the rope bent over raising my arms up and forward at the same time. What are your thoughts about these variations versus the one you demonstrated? Thanks for your descriptions. Everything is super detailed and I really appreciate it.

I do my dumbbell shoulder press standing rather than sitting. I’ve convinced myself that makes it sort of a compound move. What do you think of standing versus sitting?
Dumbbell shoulder press is a compound movement whether sitting or standing. Take a seat if you really want to focus on front delt/upper trap hypertrophy. Feel free to stand if you want some extra core work, just won’t be able to go as heavy.
This girls probably has the most perfect physique in the fitness industry rn, its almost shocking how her physique looks, im not talking about the buffest, just overall balance and aesthetics, her muscle tie ins are ridiculous, this is probably peak physique for her rn hence why she’s getting a lot of attention rn all the sudden, if she wanted to she can literally get sponsored by any fitness company, who would say no to that physique, the other fitness girls influencers are not even close, she has a lot of clean muscle on that frame especially in the legs and glutes, kinda hard to believe she’s natural and if she is, that’s probably the best natural female ive seen, could be gentics but idk, her lower body looks mikes better than dana lyn bailey and dana is juicing but she is mostly likely natural cause she holds natural water on her arms and dont have that capped juice look on the shoulders
