Learning to play by ear requires careful listening. Learn to sing this simple song first by echo singing, then after putting the song into your ear by repetition, try playing the echo part on your uke. You can even watch your instructor's hands (yes, I know I helped you out on purpose)! If you want to up the challenge, look away from the video. That is real playing by ear!
