Excellent! Can you also try adding a switch to turn off the AHO. I've tried tapping a fuse, but it seems as though there's no HL fuses, or I might be wrong. But a switch to turn off the HL and TL combo using a switch without splicing the wires would be really really helpful..

You can get the Himalayan internals from your nearby RE dealer and Xpulse 200 Rear suspension form Hero dealer. Total Suspension modification cost: ₹ 11,034/- Breakup: Rear Suspension: ₹6,800/- [₹ 6,300 for Suspension + ₹ 500 for length modification] Front Suspension: ₹ 3000/- Approximate [Himalayan internals(Damping Rod, Spring, and Top Spacer)] Front Brake hose extender: ₹1,234/- NOTE: I have not included the price of high grade fork oil and labor cost which you will have to pay to mechanic for the installations. Hope this helps and do subscribe to the channel :)
It is what it is, unfortunately can't do much about it. But I do have to mention that in 250 cc segment, this engine is one of the best we have. Try upgrading performance air filter by BMC, there will be a very slight increase in performance.

Adv 250 got usd forks that quite a work to modify from stock condition.....if you only want more suspension travel do just like he did with only changing RE himalayan Springs & Valve stems.....cut down a little bit of spacer and thats it

Seat height increased by 25mm while the ground clearance by a whopping 55mm. Respect 🫡 You can just fit the lower seat which costs 1000 and retain the original seat height.
Bhai part number to share kar deta... you have mentioned a lot of parts that you added to the bike but you never mentioned the part number. Shareing part number will help a new owner to assume or access or identify parts easily.

There are companies who manufactures AHO switch, Novatronix is one of them. Not sure of they have made it for VStrom 250/Gixxers

Lower seat option is useless as its very uncomfortable due to vert thin padding. Don't waste money on it.

i think you need a raiser on your handlebar, and change to fatbar for good stabilization.
Handlebar risers are already installed and the position is perfect now.

Glad you liked it. Yes it's stable and if you are riding with a pillion or luggage you can always increase the preload at rear.
If only we could use himalayan suspension plug and play it would be so much easier
I wish but that's not possible. Having said that, front one is pretty simple to alter.
