I want to address your Cons. I agree with your dissatisfaction with the Instrument Cluster. As far as the Braking is concerned: I HAVE a GSX250R. I personally do not feel the front braking is bad; that being said I do agree that it is DIFFERENT from other bikes I have owned. The two things I noted about the front Brake: 1. Yes, it DOES require more pull from your hand to get it stopped, however, if you are aware of this going in, and you simply pull a bit harder, mine stops just fine. 2. I have not had the chance to look into this, but maybe higher quality aftermarket pads MAY help this. Regarding your complaint about its off-road "Lacking": 1. there are after-market rear shocks that would improve this. 2. You are running with STREET tires, so WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THIS BIKE TO DO OFF-ROAD?! Put some DUAL purpose tires on it, I expect if you make these two mods that the off-road handling will improve dramatically. Lastly, the broken foot Peg. I agree that a company as long lasting as Suzuki TOTALLY Dropped the ball there! If this is not something Suzuki is willing to correct, I would spend the few Bucks, and buy some higher quality foot pegs, BEFORE you take it home from the Dealership! THANK YOU for an excellent review! I bought my 2018 GSX250R Last June. I also think it is the "Perfect" Motorcycle, but I also thing its pros outweighs its cons. I'm waiting with bated breath for that little Vstrom to come to the States. I'm DYING to try one out. If I do like it, I WILL Trade my GSX for the Vstrom!

Plus point about dis bike which I feel is even though it is 250cc ...but it has 26hp power..!so sufficient for Indian roads.
The only serious problem I feel is left hand side pulling which is still unsolved by company. Many vstrom SX owners across India are facing this problem.
After watching this reviews and many others , I finally bought v strom and its the best bike in 250 cc segment, best build quality, the engine , the ergonomics everything is well researched and applied. The suspension has to be stiffer because you cant get good control with too soft suspension , we cant get both, i easily cruised at 110-115 sometimes even 125 and bike was super smooth and infact dint face any heating issues , i had a question, what engine oil do you use ? I added ecstar semi synthetic one in first service, which one should i go next to make it more smooth, should i go for motul 3v or 7100 or ecstar, i have some vibrations on footrace on 2nd - 3rd gear but it goes away on higher gears
I've been eyeing this bike for soo long now. But with newer bikes in the horizon, I'm unsure if I should go ahead with my decision to buy it or not. Anybody have any suggestions?

My expectations are that I wanna cruise at 110 to 120 kph without vibes. I’m a 6 ft tall rider and l’m looking for a tall bike with good riding ergonomics
Plz do tell us about which one should we buy Hero xpulse Or is honda planning to come with some spl off road or touring bike if u guys have any idea Or v strom 250 Any other bike
Thanks for your review of the V Strom 250 it was very informative And as you are a big guy I see you had no issues about that being ergonomically too small I had my heart set on the re Himalayan but the Suzuki is a lot cheaper so I might go for it instead.and I would be on the road a lot sooner. Thanks again.
I am curious as to what the riders weight is with and without gear. I am the same height and looking at getting this bike but a little concerned as i am 103kg.
I own this but for off road riding, this wouldn’t be the best choice. The XPulse would be the one to go for. This will handle off roads if you encounter it while touring or occasional excursions to off roads but it ain’t a core off roader.
Awesome review ❤❤. Help me out with this One query - My friend's V Strom is almost 30k kms and he wants to change both the tyres. Please give suggestions a lighter and better set of Front and Back tyres for V Strom 250
Since you do these long drives.. how do you take care of the wind noise in the helmet, recently learnt that once the ear drum is effected it's irreversible 😅
I want to purshase Vstorm. But only doubt is the spares availability on time and in future. Can anyone share your expereinces. I understand the service wont be as quick as hero or Bajaj. But, it shouldn't be too bad.
I’m based in Mumbai, and here the spares availability is not an issue. I got the Vstrom’s genuine accessories from the dealership, broke my side mirrors and it was replaced in 15 mins. So, the service and spares are not an issue, at least here.
It is lower in price .. less maintenance and cost efficient.. great milage great reliability.. and over all practicalty... The only problem is it doesn't give you Instagram followers like the bike mentioned above
I’m eyeballing your question by only understanding the bike names. So, between the two motorcycles, consider what you want to do with the bike. Touring, Technical off roading, Day to Day chores etc. I’ll tell you from my experience on the Vstrom. I do all the above mentioned categories. With my ‘bee-storm’, I’ve been able to develop my skills on off roads or no roads, I’ve toured 2300+ kms, and regularly tour to my office. It rides like a breeze, this motorcycle. Only thing which I’ve realised now, is that I’m a sucker for high speed riding and my bee can only do so much. But what I’ve been able to do, experience and learn is all credited to this bike. So, consider your interests, research, TEST RIDE (at multiple dealerships) and go ahead with your decision. You’ll love it.
I own this bike for a year now and done around 8000 KMs. It has a gem of an engine. The bike looks awesome, feels awesome and rides so so well. A lot of folks underestimated this when it was launched, but boy this is good! Its sad to see that people get attracted towards RE way too much and underplay bikes like these.

@@jayamuralimv1976 oh..dats grt to hear...and I think it's value for money proposition also.See..I am 6'2" in height ..so till 2017 all bikes seemed small to my stature .but recently new ADVs coming up (bigger in size)..which suits taller riders..
Plus point about dis bike which I feel is even though it is 250cc ...but it has 26hp power..!so sufficient for Indian roads.
@@powel12 it's not value for money, because Suzuki has very poor worst resale value ,too ridiculous,
Such good review deserves a subscription ❤
Which one do you recommend among Honda CB 350 highness vs Suzuki V storm SX
Actually both are great.. still vstrom os very pocket friendly and has better quality
Great unbiased review. Thank you!
The beach you have shown is called Maravante... comes in between Udupi and Kundapur
I scrolled down to read this comment!
The only serious problem I feel is left hand side pulling which is still unsolved by company. Many vstrom SX owners across India are facing this problem.
I feel the vehicle isnt stable on uneven roads. This might be because of thick and heavy rear tyre
@@Ribro very true.
Very good content, i liked it. Just one request, please add service experience. Much needed.
Hi Akash, first of all congratulations 🎉 I am also thinking to buy this , when is the first service due? Can we take new bike for long rides?
@@bharatchander7619 yes you can , i did 250 km ride and it was not tiring , in-fact you can ride all day and cover more than 500-700 kms easily
Bought yesterday 😊😊😊 let me know what are the modifications you are planning to do, TIA
Get the best your money can buy. Thats the most important thing in this engine right? Great oil
Bro how much it cost on road and in which city?
Sir, any news on new v strom sx coming with updated suspension?
Hello I am confused between KTM ADV 250 & Suzuki V-strom 250 ,please suggest which to bye?
Same
isnt that the place you showed at the begining is maravanthe beach??
I've been eyeing this bike for soo long now. But with newer bikes in the horizon, I'm unsure if I should go ahead with my decision to buy it or not.
Anybody have any suggestions?
Test ride before buying any bike..
If you can stretch your budget get the adventure 390x and ignore the triumph please

Xpulse pro vs v storm
Any opinion?
Off-road usage - Xpulse
Touring - VStrom
Performance - VStrom
Refinement - VStrom
1- Best looking bike under 3 lakh.
2- Great engine
3- comfortable setas.
4- great tyres
5- Great mileage
Cons
1- Worst gearbox
2- Lack of electronics
3- Bad pricing
Why not a comparison with himi or yezdi adventure considering the same price range
We shall do it soon.
Damn only oil cooled, no upside fork & spoke tyres?
Thanks for this awesome video. Loved it... 😍😍 V-Strom SX wait for me.
Thank you 🙏🏽
Hi. I own an Interceptor 650 and facing lot of wobbling issues and RE service is very bad. Can you suggest a bike that is good for both city and long distance touring. My expectations are that I wanna cruise at 110 to 120 kph without vibes. I’m a 6 ft tall rider and l’m looking for a tall bike with good riding ergonomics
Does it lack in power??.
Does it make it feel you excited while revving?
What is your opinion of HondaCB200x? for a commuter (primarily) and to do Sunday rides, occasionally!?
Vstorm 250 is better then Honda CB 200 x
VStorm. CB200x is low on power and misses dual channel ABS.
Which one is good machine Bro xpulse 200 4v or vstrom 250...(This is my first bike)
What are the service intervals for this bike?
Plz do tell us about which one should we buy
Hero xpulse
Or is honda planning to come with some spl off road or touring bike if u guys have any idea
Or v strom 250
Any other bike
Great review👍!
How bout the vibration?
How bout pillion seat comfortability?
Pillian seat comfort is top notch
Very helpful to take decision. Thanks a lot 👍🏻
I just saw your latest video of Suzuki V-strom 250, and in the end you were talking about hero xpulse 200 for selling?
I am curious as to what the riders weight is with and without gear. I am the same height and looking at getting this bike but a little concerned as i am 103kg.
If you weigh 110 including the riding gears only, I think you can achieve good highway speeds around 100-110 kmph. No need to worry.
Thanks for Review. Is it suitable for female rider with 5'3" Height?
How is the vibration running at 60 to 80kmph ?? Bcz my ride would mostly in that range for daily commute
None
Thank you for the video. I’m planing to buy this bike to practice off-road. Do you advise me?
I own this but for off road riding, this wouldn’t be the best choice. The XPulse would be the one to go for. This will handle off roads if you encounter it while touring or occasional excursions to off roads but it ain’t a core off roader.
What is the XPulse?

What about the Gixxer 250 naked? Is it good as a city bike?
Definitely
Awesome review ❤❤.
Help me out with this One query - My friend's V Strom is almost 30k kms and he wants to change both the tyres. Please give suggestions a lighter and better set of Front and Back tyres for V Strom 250
Can we change suspension setup ?
Depends on if aftermarket parts are available for the bike.
Since you do these long drives.. how do you take care of the wind noise in the helmet, recently learnt that once the ear drum is effected it's irreversible 😅
Keep cotton roll in the ear
Suzuki lowkey making excellent affordable bikes
True that. If only the pricing was bit more aggressive.
Loved this byk.. great performance.
Which helmet is used in this video?
can anyone tell me
I want to purshase Vstorm.
How would this be against Ronin or KTM 390 Adventure or Dominor or the Triumph/Harley 400 ones ?
It is lower in price .. less maintenance and cost efficient.. great milage great reliability.. and over all practicalty... The only problem is it doesn't give you Instagram followers like the bike mentioned above
Which route is this ? Does anyone know ??
NH66 - Goa to Mangalore.
Good Review. Enjoyed it.
Comparing this with honda cb200x which one is better?
Oh, the Suzuki, definitely
Brilliant review.
Thank you
Nice review, thanks 👍
Is it comfortable for pilion on long drive if both pilion and rider are bit heavy?
Yes.. Very comfortable for straight highway roads.
Good video & good review.

Speed 400 vs v Strom 250 sx ,which one to buy?
Vstrome
V strom Is it good for both city and long drive
Your office is 65 kms away 😮!?
What is the best city and high mileage the V Strom 250 can achieve ?
For city 30-32 and for highway touring u will get around 37-38 kmpl..
headlights?
Bro xpulse 200 4v or vstrom 250 endha bike nalla irukkum...(This is my first bike)
Near by Udupi I guess that coastal place
Just one word : UNDER-RATED MOTORCYCLE!!
But no resale and hight price tag
Not VFM I guess
If only it had a VFM price tag. Would’ve done wonders.
Good things come at a cost 😊
