It’s 2 am and I have been tossing and turning for 4 hours. I looked up 3rd trimester stretches. And here I am, and I’m so grateful. My body has been struggling this time around with pain, and am recovering from being sick (thank you daycare 😅). These stretches actually help my body relax. I did the rocking on the chair again because that helped my hips and my upper back a lot! So grateful for you and this video truly.😊
