    My leg and back pain was killing me. No matter how many time i take rest or work. But after this exercises. I can’t believe it. It’s just my pain was disappeared. Thank you.

    It’s 2 am and I have been tossing and turning for 4 hours. I looked up 3rd trimester stretches. And here I am, and I’m so grateful. My body has been struggling this time around with pain, and am recovering from being sick (thank you daycare 😅). These stretches actually help my body relax. I did the rocking on the chair again because that helped my hips and my upper back a lot! So grateful for you and this video truly.😊

    This video has been a life saver! I’m 38+6 today and the back pain has become so unbearable that I lose a lot of sleep at night because I’m so uncomfortable. Even after doing just a few of these, I’ve already felt so much relief. Thank you so much for making this video. ❤

    I like the exercise, very beneficial. Also that she is modestly dressed unlike alot of exercise videos

    it feels so greatt!!! it's my first time doing stretching in my 32 weeks, my back feels really pain, i can't even walk well, but after doing this, it feels different!!! so much lighter in my back.. i'll keep doin this till the day... thank you so much!!!

    My legs have been getting the worse of it and I'm barely in my 3rd trimester but when I started doing the leg stretches oh my god it felt like heaven 🥰
