I will literally never shut up about the power of a walk!!! helps regulate blood sugar, helps my brain process my thoughts and feelings, etc. and doing it with your dog is even better because keeping them active keeps them young!

I love this! I used to drink my coffee in bed every morning while scrolling on my phone. For the past 6 months or so I’ve actually been getting up and going to the couch to drink my coffee and read on my Kindle for awhile before I start my day and it has been life changing!
YESSS I love this!!! It is so life changing to give that time back to yourself
reading and going on walks has been a game changer for me
I consider watching your videos a healthy habit for me! 😄🥰💓 I learn things from you, you motivate and inspire me, and they’re a de-stresser when I need a break from stress. I usually accompany them with my workouts and so I look forward to my workouts more too!

Love this video! Wish I could afford f45 and an oura ring but I’ve learned that I can make healthy habits without those things on a budget.
Definitely!! They aren’t necessary, just add ons that can help support your wellness. I doubt I would’ve bought an oura if I didn’t have an HSA! & def see if your f45 does any specials, I know ours does 20% off memberships multiple times a year!

You have pretty hair in both curly form and straight form, Abby! How do you decide which form to wear when it comes to different occasions?
I usually do curly just bc of humidity since it doesn’t always stay straight in humidity lol. Thank you!
Missed you Abby! This was such a nice and calm video and thank you for the tips ❤ How expensive is it to have a dog for you? I would love to have one but I don‘t know about the cost of one. I would love to get outside more though ☺️
🩷🩷🩷 glad you enjoyed! It’s hard to say an exact amount and it depends on the dog, but I spent about $100 to adopt Ella & spent another $200-300 up front on a kennel, bed, bowls, etc! I spend about $90 every 6-8 weeks on grooming, and $200 every 6 months on flea & heartworm meds. Annual vet visits are usually $100 give or take depending on what all we do, but some years some of the shots are pricier (for shots they don’t get as often). I also like to set aside a little money monthly in a sinking fund for her in case of emergencies rather than spend on pet insurance since it’s pricey but that’s not necessary to do (but I think is a good idea if you can manage it)!
And food is about $35 every 2 months I think! I have it on subscription so can’t remember the exact time frame I get it delievered lol
