I love this and I wish more brands went this hard. This is really for us mixed nail and art nail people which is TOTALLY the people who both love nail polish and love Jurassic Park. Bravo China Glaze!

I definitely agree, this is one of those collections from China Glaze that has an indie vibe to it and I love it. Especially compared to the OPI XBox collab collection which felt like only the polish names tied to the inspiration and nothing else and felt like a lazy slap some names on a collection that was already in the works cop out. Kudos to China Glaze for coming out with interesting polishes that really fit the inspiration, including some harder sell type polishes.
Let 'Em Roar and Preserved in Amber are definitely on my wish list. Orange You Fierce isn't only because I have something similar already (indie).
I wish “olive to roar” was a 1 coater so that those bead/glitter things popped more. Now will you please do the China glaze dippin dots collection?

I totally agree with you, I LOVE this collection because they actually nailed the theme and went out of the box. So cool!!!! But I would get it if people don’t like these. FYI I think one of the main reasons the first movie was so successful was that they had amazing actors even in minor roles - it has Samuel L Jackson before he was famous and that Wayne guy from Seinfeld. And the old guy is Richard Attenborough, brother to famous voice to all the nature documentaries, David Attenborough. Fun fact! and then you get Jeff Goldblum - hilarious.

Orange You Fierce: OOOOOH I want/need a good orange color. This might be it.
Preserved in Amber: I love this one and do not know why.
Sandy Scales: I appreciate this one even if I do not like it. It seemed to work really well.
Olive to roar: would be a great Halloween nail polish. I like it.
Raptor round your finger: really pretty color.
You should know Beta!: This is my favorite colors blue purple sparkle. Yes.
T.Rex Appeal: I am not usually a fan of these type of colors but I think I like it.
Those are my thoughts even if no one really cares. LOL.
They honestly did such a fantastic job with this entire collection, even if a lot of people will think a few of them are blech, haha. I might have to get Preserved in Amber because it makes me think of the second Outlander book, Dragonfly in Amber.
I was thinking kitchen, too! Swap the sugar and salt, maybe, or mix up the cereal bags and boxes.
Raptor round your finger is like the most beautiful and unique nail polish i have ever seen
I don't know if I'd ever wear it because I don't tend to love chunky glitter, but Preserved in Amber is so beautiful! All of the glittery/shimmery ones are gorgeous.
I think this is perfect for a dinosaur themed collection. Weird but wonderful!

All these colors are truly a breathe of fresh air! They are all so unique and so fitting. While I do not want to actually wear every single polish I think they knocked it out of the park with the theme and the creativity behind it. 10/10 China Glaze!!
Either you have the sweetest bunch of followers or no one watched to the end. 😂 How about uncapping their nail polish ever so slightly so it dries out? 😈🤣 I think China Glaze did a great job on this collection from the names to the colors to the finishes! If I pick any up, it’ll be the entire collection because I like them all so much.
I love that that ACTUALLY did such a great job at doing this collection! So interesting and unique and I think really fits the Jurassic Park/world theme. I really want “Orange you fierce”, “preserved in amber”, “Olive to Roar”
They really put their creativity in it! I love to see collections like this.

I wish olive to roar had more texture. Then it would look better. BUT I love this collection because I’m a Jurassic Park & Jurassic World fan. Preserved in Amber is stunning!!! I think that one is very sentimental.
China Glaze just nailed this collection. Every polish screams Jurassic Park. I am a huge Jurassic Park fan and a huge China Glaze Fan. Jurassic World is actually a continuous of the Jurassic Park series. I highly recommend watching them all.
China Glaze seems to do amazing with their movie theme collabs! The one they did for Hunger Games (was it named Capitol Colors?) back in the day is still one of my favourites. I hope they do more movie themed collections in the near future!
Yes Capitol Colors. I own 2 of the shades and they're holding up fairly well. [Electrify and Foie Gras]
Olive to Roar would be the perfect pickle/cucumber mani! Why would someone want a pickle mani? I don't know, but this would be perfect for the shell. I rarely go for non indie polishes nowadays, but I may just have to pick up Orange You Fierce! Sooo gorgeous.
I am a huge jurassic park/world fan and i literally just love this whole collection from the names to really the over all personality of each polish, i always love when china glaze comes out with their halloween collection each year because its always a little different just like these and each polish is special in its own way :) kelli you have to bing watch all the movies that would be great for your podcast!
This was such a well executed theme! I must get that preserved in amber shade- if only the flecks were shaped like a tiny mosquito, it’d be spot on.

I was looking at these polishes on HB beauty bar and the hand pose that they have with "Raptor Round Your Finger" is definitely giving fierce velociraptor claw vibes!! Love it 😁
I bought “Raptor Around Your Finger”, which came in the mail today and now I kind of want to grab a couple more. I know this isn’t for everyone, but I love weird polishes and knew I had to try something from this collection when I saw it!

This collection is super funky and I love it! I appreciate China Glaze for going out of the box and I love that the collection is a darker rainbow
I bought Opi’s “Hate to Burst your Bubble” at Macys Backstage a while back not knowing it had the same texture as Olive to Roar. It was a shock initially but at the end of the day I did pick it up for the color. A plumping top coat makes it smooth but over time the texture grew on me and the Polish reminds me of movie theatre popcorn.
This collection is so awesome and the fact that they have made it the movie theme is so awesome 🔥🔥🤩🤩🤩

If I was to mess with someone's house, I would steal the cap off of the toothpaste. Just picture a whole family blaming each other for losing the cap and crawling around on the bathroom floor looking for it.

I’m a huge Jurassic Park fan so I did pick up the collection and I’m so glad I did! This is my first China Glaze collection and I love them all. Especially “Preserved in Amber” and I just switched my mani to “You should know Beta” while watching this video.
I haven't done that in a while. I love to paint along with Kelli!

Hi Kelli! The Amber polish reminded me of I scream's love nectar, but nicer, if that is even possible. I loved this review, maybe because I love Jurassic Park or because I think the police are very good quality! The little evil question at the end was super funny.

I love these too, especially the two orange ones. I actually wish the olive was MORE textured like the China Glaze “toe-tally textured” that came out eons ago.

All of these polishes go so hard, I'm obsessed, but Olive to Roar is so fascinating. My mind is spinning thinking about all the crazy ways it could be used for dinosaur and Halloween manicures.

I got Preserved in Amber, Orange you Fierce, Let 'em Roar and Raptor Round! I love preserved in amber, so gorgeous. Now I'm still debating on Olive to Roar. I love the variety in this collection, love seeing brands mix it up!
So Jurassic World is a sequel to the original series! The original Jurassic Park is fantastic and I can't recommend it enough. The JP sequels are, fun. I'm not the biggest Jurassic World fan, though I will be seeing Dominion in theatres just to see the trilogy through.
OMG the first Jurassic Park is the best. You must watch it! I love the bottles with the Jurassic logo. I might pick up a couple just for the packaging.
The whole collection is so captivating! ☺️ You are so lucky to have it. 😄 Since the prices of food have risen, I can only dream about ordering international polishes. The price of one polish to Bosnia is not below $10 plus the shipping is staggering. My boyfriend and I are basically working to pay the bills and food. I'm so sick of inflation. I am literally dreaming of things I used to buy on a regular basis. 😣
Honestly it's crazy (and scary) how much prices are increasing on a daily basis. I've been so overwhelmed just grocery shopping. And I feel the same way - finding myself unable to buy things I normally didnt even think twice about because the price has jumped up so much :( I wish I understood better why this is happening at such an alarming rate right now. But that's probably a bit too deep for my channel LOL

I absolutely love China Glaze's wacky collabs. I have their Sesame Street collections, and even if I don't love every polish individually the colors are so bright and unique and go so well together as a collection that they just look perfect on display. And they're a pretty inexpensive brand, so I don't feel bad getting the entire collections either. I just ordered these, can't wait to add them to the shelf- definitely want to support this kind of creativity!
Entertainingly, they're all in continuity. The first one absolutely holds up, the rest are a bit of a mixed bag, imho. I love this set and am looking forward to playing with the Amber one the most.
Olive/khaki green is one of my favourite colours to wear on my nails, especially in the autumn. I also wear the colour a lot for clothes and love that it goes with so muchp

So creative! I feel like if I was just starting out a collection or looking to expand, this would be the perfect way to go! So many fun and beautiful options! I like the textures and irregular glitters for something fun and the two cremes are great for conservative work vibes. A+ collection for sure and lovely review as always.

I have thoughts about this collection 😂 I usually love unusual/ugly polish but there are only two of these I'd wear as a full mani. I kinda have this vision of China Glaze bosses laughing themselves silly going "watch this, they'll buy any old crap if you stick a logo on it". I much prefer the actual summer 2022 collection Dippin' Dots.
Also, Kelli, where are you getting your chargers?! They fray, and give you shocks?! Girl, be careful, and invest in a better quality charger.

I was so excited for this collection, I bought them as soon as I could. I love them all. BUT! This is more an Autumn collection than Summer. So I plan to wear Olive to Roar for the movie and the rest will be saved until Autumn. 😊

I really love textured polishes, when my anxiety goes crazy I’ll rub my nails and it will calm me down. Part of me wants the collection even though there’s colors in it I wouldn’t wear, I keep to cool/neutral tones. 🦖🦕💅

I'm so glad I watched this before I buy this collection (which I will be ASAP), because if I had gotten Olive to Roar and saw the bubble effect I would have been slightly upset because I absolutely dislike when my nail polish has bubbles. It's the most frustrating thing for me. But since it's intentionally bubble like, I can dig it. Also I love the color of it. Lol.
Yall need to check out the new Mooncat polishes that just dropped today! I rarely purchase full collections but I couldn't resist with this one.. wow! They're all fairy inspired and have fun duochrome shimmer, too pretty!
Preserved in Amber looks really cool. It matches the theme very well. I'm no fan of dinosaurs at all, but I think this was well executed.

I also love how they went all out with the theme. I do think they should somehow annotate that the polish is textured just to inform consumers what they are getting.
Taking the daily routine item is a great idea! I’d take a can opener, they wouldn’t know it was gone until a time when they were already hungry and then had to figure out how to open the can without the opener, or scrap their dinner plans. I’d maybe loosen the screws in their most used drawer so it the drawer starts getting stuck when they use it. Take their lip balm so they can always have chapped lips! But in reality my conscience could NEVER.
Omg. The can opener idea is brilliant 😂 a few months ago, either Ryan or I (likely Ryan 🙈) misplaced our can opener and we absolutely needed it in the middle of cooking.. that was a very messy day of trying to pierce it with a knife 😂😂

Olive To Roar reminds me of those neon sneaker texture polishes someone did a few seasons ago. (Was that China Glaze?)
Olive to roar reminds me of cucumbers on the vine that dark green and bumps almost perfect for nail art doing a harvest theme for the cucumbers :)
It would be super cool to paint tiny dragon flies in the Amber one, with a fine brush, sandwiched.

I've seen others swatch these, and nobody had anything good to say about them. I think maybe they were more into the "traditional" nail polishes and really couldn't appreciate the fun factor here. Great job!

As soon as I saw the olive I KNEW I had to have it even if it has a weird texture, I’m just a sucker for olive nails. I want the Amber and raptor one too. Maybe the roar one too but being in the U.K., nail polish direct doesn’t have all the colours and they’re not sure if they will. So I can only get one so far (the other sold out) 😤
these arent my usual like in colors, but they did a great job capturing colors that go with the theme
