Yes, Hoover {was a big Brand name back then and reliable made in the USA} had them early on, I remember my older sister had a portable Hoover washing machine in the 1970's.

Every time I take my clothes out of the wash my clothes has lint on it. I have the same Comfee portable washer. I know to clean the lint filter. Is there something else causing the issue?

Aren’t you suppose to remove that square plastic plug in the bottom of the machine that I thought was for shipping purposes only and before screwing in the flat plastic plate to cover the bottom?

I have a comfee washer. I absolutely love it. Used it twice. What's the black piece of plastic underneath by the belt. It was on top of styrofoam. Was it just packaging

I've had my washer for a week now but have not used it yet because the manual says to use powder detergent but I typically use liquid or pods. So I don't know what to do. I don't want to damage the machine. But I bought a $30 dolly for mine off Amazon to help move it around.
Great you bought a dolly --- DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE DETERGENT. The manual /maker knows powder is cheaper -- so use what you like, but use it in lesser quantities because you don't want too many suds! For me< i use an ECO friendly and let the gray water go to the garden.

Any is OK -- I like the dried ones you order on internet, then mix with water at home.

@@RebeccaBrand Is there a brick-and-mortar store that I can purchase this? I am in Hollywood, Florida. This way, I can just drive over and quickly pick it up. Considering the building I live in profoundly frowns upon using this machine. If I can bring it in myself as opposed to delivery, I can prevent a lot of consternation and prevent bodily injury to myself.
