There are more examples of characters with different a Palutena's Guidance based on region. Cloud specifically is the only one that actually has 2 separate ones in the same version of the game, nobody else's changes with mode/any other circumstances

You know, as someone who loves to read up on all this Smash trivia as well as someone with a pretty good memory span, I'd like to think that if I had been there somehow I would've probably gotten the $100. I knew most of these, including the mistaken Palutena's Guidance question, I only failed at the R.O.B. one (I would've answered when he's asleep), the amiibo one because I don't play Splatoon or care about amiibos, and the idle animations ones.
For the amiibo question, Isabelle would actually be tied as a valid answer with 10 amiibo. She has two figures from the Animal Crossing series, one Smash figure, an amiibo card in series 1, 2, 3 and 4 each, 2 cards in series 5, and a rare but separate promotional card released only with an issue of a Japanese magazine. For Idle sounds, I said Bowser, Bowser Jr, Joker, Zero Suit, and Ridley. If you're wondering, Bowser Pounds his chest and roars, Junior makes a cartoony sound when he looks, Joker spins his Gun, Zero Suit reloads her gun, and Ridley growls. For voices I said Bayonetta, Ike, Byleth, Corin, Robin, Inkling, and Bowser Jr.
