Hi, i got this computer but 60 hz 4k screen, i wonder if i can swap by the fhd 144 hz replacement screen to get more fps now that frame gen has been unlocked...but i dont know how to proceed, may u do another guide dissasembling screen frame safely???? and 2 u think it will worth that change??? thnaaaanks a lot
cooling the entire ssd with the heatpad there.. great job MSI Engineers... you'r ruining the ssd's lifespan - you'r supposed to only cool the controller, not the NAND! (but while in there - remove the most part of the headpad and you're set ;)
I know this is an older video, but this morning I followed it all the way to the Motherboard flip just so I could replace the CMOS Battery. It was my son's MSI GT76 Titan DT 9SG that was stuck in a power on/standby/power on/standby loop with a blank screen. Power blocks, Y adapter and battery all tested ok. He thought it was dead, dead. Took me 4 hours to break it down, replace the CMOS Battery and put it back together. He now has his working computer, again. Your instructions were spot on - thanks for the video. I did all the work with angled tweezers and a non-magnetic Phillips screwdriver - my magnetic bit toolkit didn't arrive in time and I couldn't wait for it - Son has to fly back to the Philippines tomorrow. He's a happy camper...

I didn't get that either. He didn't stock the empty ones on the bottom side😂 why change the pre installed? Aren't they limited to 32gb 2666mhz by 1.2voltage? Am i wrong here? Cuz mine says 128gb max and to avoid incompatibility problems you better use all the same. Pls correct me if I'm on a wrong path here. Cuz his video is making me questioning my ram order right now😅
I got a question regarding the 2.5'' HDD: is it possible to install a 15mm hdd in there? It looks like there may be room for thicker drives here (the foam on the tray suggests that).
Hello sir, I bought this msi gt76 with 144hz fhd it has backlight bleeding in the edges and corners, and its bother me when i watch movies or playing dark games, can you do backlight bleed test in full black screen to the gt76 I just want to know if all models of gt76 have this problem or just me, thanks.

@@SidewayzX14 msi offering me to replace my unit to 4k 64 gb ram and rtx 2080 my old unit was rtx 2070 with 32 gb ram 144hz and the replacement with same price of my old unit so I refused to take it first cuz it still have minimal amount of BLB also the 4k lcd will stick on 60hz, good luck buddy!
Please let me know if your gt76 have backlight bleeding in corners and edges of lcd in black screen test or not ? Cuz the msi service center told me all units have backlight bleed
@@mayo2000ahmed Mine it´s a GT76 with a 4k panel and it has slight bleed on the edges and corners as well. I´m really picky in general but these ones doesn´t bother me.

I bought that gt76 and the lcd have backlight bleeding is that normal since its ips panel 144hz ?
