About hard to find a job because of dont know Russian or know little bit of Russian language. You can said this to others country around the world as well. For example. I live in US. If i don't know any or little bit of English. I'm sure. No one will give you a job.

not really. Here in Ivangorod dangerous. I was attacked by bums here in Petrovsky dist. Lot's of poverty here. Cheers.
May be, because war situation is there. Anyway there are overall better than others. Reason that limited population and lot of industries for earning.
