@@robbrownplanespotting It will probably be gone over here soon. I dont know the exact plans, but my father checks the engines (gladly not the one exact one from the video) and always tells me the rumors about the closing of the Tornado era. I just love this plane, its not that agile but has its own unique character I think. Greetings from Jagel, Germany :)
@@lunte97 Tornado is fondly remembered here in the UK for all its faults it has as you say its own unique character, which will be missed when they are gone for good. Thanks again and best wishes from Scotland
What a great catch mate. So pleased you were able to film this and share it with all of us. We had the Luftwaffe TORNADOs doing low-level training over here about 4 years ago, they were great to see. Excellent footage. Liked 😊
Nice catch Rob, I'd seen him on ADSB and saw he'd squawked 7700. I had thought the tanker was just coincidentally in the vicinity and was heading to help so thanks for the explanation to clear that up :) And yes, the Tornado is a proper awesome aircraft and we were foolish to retire them in favour of the EF.
Thanks for watching it was a bit of mad rush to see this but was worth the effort despite it being an emergency it was nice to see a Tornado flying again.
Good to see the aircraft landed safely. Very interesting movement for sure! Nice capture, Rob! Well done!
Thanx for watching - appreciated. Don't see many tornado these days so was nice despite the emergency of an engine failure.
Great coverage of the emergency!
Thanks for watching mate, appreciated. Was nice to see a tornado again and in the end a good result all round
Happy he landed safely. So glad I live at their base and get to see these beautiful machines every single day if I want to🙏🏼
Very nice footage!
Thanks for watching - appreciated. Despite the engine failure and emergency it was good to see a Tornado again sadly missed from UK skies

Thanks for watching - appreciated. To see a tonka again is something else
Great video! Luckily a good landing
Nice to see a German tornado in UK skies once again :-) thanks for watching
Tonka Mudmover more than capable of operating on one RB199 engine, you can see from vid that the LH TR bucket wasn't deployed, nice shots though.
Deffo more than capable of flying on one engine, this one did drop the centre ferrying tanks to cut down on the weight too. Thanks for watching. :-)
Ooo absolutely shocking and thank goodness the Tornado from the German Air Force was alright 🙏😱
It was nice to see a Tornado again, the crew handled it brilliantly. Thanks for watching
@@robbrownplanespotting ooo awesome and much welcome indeed 🙏😊
