Got my first bike last weekend. It's a honda shadow vt600 from 1989. I bought it because of your videos and and it has become one of my dream bikes. I look forward to build it and make it unique. The thing i look most up to is removing the rear spring and converting it to a solid rear(Im going to keep the rear stock for at least a year). I have no experience with fabricating and motorcycles, but i know it's going to be fun. Thank you for your videos and inspiration. first job is going to learn how to clean the carbs :')
I have a question and have a 1998 Harlem Davidson's poster please reply to me if I can talk to you call you email you by a question I cannot fix my motorcycle please help me up
Great garage tour and insight on your passion for what you do and what got you there. It will be inspiring to many. Be yourself no matter what you're into can never be said enough! Great video as always!
Hey guys thanks for noticing and answering my question! My plan is to bob my 69 ironhead I bought a little while ago, and your guys builds inspire me, thanks and keep up the good content. Ride safe
Even though though I've been following this group of young men for some time, This is absolutely the best video/ commentary regarding motorcycles I have ever heard / watched . And that's coming from someone who has been around bikes/ and the world , and who happens to be turning 60 in about 45 day. He spoke not only from his heart but from experience as well. Nothing teaches better than trial and error. If you have ever fallen asleep on you shop floor from working on your bike for the last 18-21 hrs. straight , then you understand this never ending bond between you and your machine , and the bond with other's that do or have done the same. Rock fucking solid, Ride safe, and yea Have some fun along the way. Guy "aka" bsaguy. or by my other call sign, Guy Speight
Hay man I can’t stop watching your videos you guys really rock. I am kind of a builder myself but it is a hobby can’t get away from work’s long hours. LOL
Thank you for the great insight, looking into some older Honda shadows maybe an early 2000’s looking forward to learn create my dream bike. 💙 much love and you earned a new subscriber!
easily my favourite motorcycle based channel on youtube. my circle is pretty much like you Lnsplt guys, we're no MC but we do ride out together alot. we work on our motorcycles together, we learn from each other so it's a great experience, that's why I'm into your videos coz i can relate to many of the things. btw, Vu looks like a good friend of mine whom i lost to suicide last year, everytime i see him I'd think of my friend. and i love the rider profile type of videos... they're interesting and motivating. keep them coming!
Very informative and an awesome video and display of a garage. It's not a full workshop that you would see that only handles bike it's a garage used as a workshop. Which I think most of us find helpful to see so we know how to maximize storage
Hey El Bbq.. great video, I watch y'all Lane splits sometimes and I always admire you young men's skills and ingenuity.. I've watched where you have been thru my foothills going on your camptrips..if I'm ever out and about and see y'all camped out I'll stop by and shake hands..I always liked you guys 👍👍😎 Btw, I have that same print of the mountain man trapper 🍻
I tried making a custom Yamaha v star but then life happened and it’s in a million pieces and scattered around my garage. I want to try to chop up an old Harley and make it my own but that’ll be down the road if never. But it’s just me, I don’t have friends who ride or have the same passion towards motorcycles as I do and they’re too scared to ride or have no interest. I’ve ran into a few people over the years but gettin old makes it a bit more difficult since people my age are locked into family, kids and all that “adult” shit. I turned 40 last year but I still feel young and have the same loves and passions as I did in my mid 20’s because they make me feel good and fulfill those voids in my life or scratches I need to itch. Love the channel fellas, it’d be dope to find people near me that had the same interests that could grow a friendship and bond through similar life outlooks. Keep up the great work! 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
Where do you live Mr. Sharp? I'm wanting to get back into riding as well and don't have any of my riding friends near me. Close to 40 myself and have a young baby. Denver, CO
yall into the same stuff i am, very awesome...picked up an '88 Jeep XJ im planning on turning into an overlander...also thinking about picking up this '87 HD Sportster project...im down in the Central Coast area, hit me up if yall wanna camp in Big Sur, theres some trails out here that lead to some nice campsites
Hell Yeah Brat Style, man Go kills it every time he touches a bike. I'm building a 75' Yamaha XS650 right now and using Go's chromed out XS650 as inspiration for sure(but definitely avoiding copying it at the same time), like I said all their shit is sick but that bike in particular is on a whole different level for me
What's up Lnsplt! Just want to say since I start following you on YT I get inspired by your channel and your work to learn and start creating my own bikes here in Brazil. Hope to meet you someday and exchange ideas and knowledge..
