Rio Lagartos - This town might surprise you!

So we traveled from Puerto Morelos to Río Lagartos located on the Yucatan Peninsula/ Gulf of Mexico to see what it was all about! We did an eco boat tour and toured the town. We were surprised! This could be a day trip from Merida as it is only 2 hours away by car.
