I belive the annatomy leson painting was in the 1989 mmicheal keaton batman film when jack nicoolsons joker is vandalising artwork so thats probably why they included it.

In one of the levels in Lego Marvel Super heroes 1 in the Oscorp level with Venom there is literally a jump scare in the middle of the level where Vemom jumps out at the screen and their is also a weeping angel jump scare in the Doctor Who level of the main story of Lego Dimensions
