    12-15-18-17-20= 82 reps
    Had to alter the weights some and ended close to Rx. Went 40-30-20-20-12, a net loss of 3 pounds. Broke the push Jerks, mostly because of strategy but maybe should have tried to push through. Thought going 7-3 would make the last 3 easy and faster going into pull-ups but in hindsight probably were just as bad as if I tried to do 10 unbroken and took a longer break. Just couldn’t keep the weight gripped with feet, especially early on. Settled for a ton of singles which meant having to reset the dumbbell a lot. Give this one a go!
