As an skilled rider who fell eskating from a pothole I didn't see and ended up with a concussion even with a beefy full face helmet, EVERYONE needs one! So many ways you can go from feeling in control to on the ground in a daze on these electric vehicles. Nice review!
I have e-twow u-booster S plus since November. The mileage is around 400 miles now. Mostly used around Westwood and Sunset. It is still going strong. I'm carrying it with me all the time. Love having a scooter.

Its a good decent scooter, but you are pay for it. It has a few not terrible shortcomings just like anything. I do think the quality is very good. Although the range is more like 8-12 miles the drive-train is built to last. These guys need to ride other scooters before they review. But still a good video, he puts a lot of work into them and makes it enjoyable to watch.

3:26 The law doesn't forbid you from wearing a helmet, so why do you complain? Also you yourself are not wearing the helmet properly, your strap is loose and the helmet could easily slip in the even of fall.

I think there actually is a thing as too much when it comes to these scooters. Not everybody wants to ride that fast or that far. 30 -40 mph on a scooter is dangerous. And I can't imagine standing in one place on a scooter for 40 miles. My joints hurt just thinking about it. Actually the speed and range is probably good enough for most riders and the extra power means you can actually climb a hill.
I love my xiaomi scooter. I’m betting this boosted scooter is amazing, but that price tag want let me do it. I had to drop my car off to get a oil change last week and I didn’t want to wake up my wife early in the morning, so I put my scooter in the back seat. Drove to the repair shop and use my scooter to get back home. It was so convenient and I didn’t waste gas and kept a happy wife and yeah it was fun. These scooters have a place in some of my day to day, there definitely worth it, but not a $1,000 worth it.
Man I wish I could afford that. Better then walking to work. I would totally buy one if I could afford it but they aren’t in my budget. But very very cool I’d ride that thing everywhere.
@@ACDC. Why would you want to use your scooter in the rain? Anyway, Xiaomi scooter is rainproof (not waterproof). Xiaomi scooter is used by many scooter renting companies and handles the rain fine.

Boosted is the best company ever! Very nice video well done! One negative from scooters is that when you ride you dont have any free hands in order to hold your phone or something. In comparison with a boosted board, bigger wheels is good to have because streets are not perfect.
6.7 miles on what in Europe is a €2000 scooter, is hopeless. MiniMotors/Dualtron do a range of scooters, equally well built, with the same hill climbing ability or better and ranges that are in the 30-40mile area. I had wanted to buy one until I saw the reviews.. I expect double the battery power for the price/size/weight of this scooter!

I think it does not regenerate from just going downhill. You need to use the regenerative breaking system to regenerate into the batteries.
