Mha Puja - A Unique Newah Festival of worshipping our own body.
Mha Puja is performed on the 4th day of Yama Panchak Tihar (falls on the same day as Gobardhan Puja). The video shows the process and the meaning of the Mha Puja tradition of the Newars. Mha Puja tradition is older than the establishment of Nepal Sambat in 879 CE (mentions something different on the video).
