I’m very young and wanted to cook for my family after all they do for me, so when I saw this I thought this would be perfect. Aaaand I totally messed up, although I have no idea when. It burnt and the chicken tasted terrible 😞 So next time i’m going to look at some of her other recipes and try them out. Also a quick thank you to you for inspiring me to step out of my comfort zone and make some harder dishes for 12 year olds to make. I know this is probably really easy and it seemed at first but then I realized there were no measurements so I thought I could wing it buuut… no. I would ask if maybe in some other videos maybe you could use some measurements and thank would be fantastic! it might help if you leave it out to get closer to room temp before cooking. cooking straight from the fridge will of course lead to the center needing longer to be fully cooked. just in case that's your issue 😅

You want to make sure you pound the chicken really thin so it cooks quickly. If it’s thick it will take much longer and get rubbery

That chicken is uncooked. I'd cook it longer then add it to the glaze.

Where do you find chicken thighs without the bone but skin still on? I can only find boneless and skinless or with bone in.
