The Cleanest Honda Civic EG Hatch I've Ever Seen at an Auction! (Extended Cut)

While at an auto auction, I came across this 1993 Honda Civic EG Hatchback. These are becoming more rare as the years go by. A true icon of the Honda scene in the 90's until today. This car looks to be stolen though. Is it worth restoring?

Hey guys! This car was a beaut. I was so busy running around this day, but the last bid I saw it at was $7,100 before it hit the auction block. Not sure what it went for though. Do you think it's worth it for a clean example of a well sorted 90's Honda? Let me know in the comments.

The swap and other work that must have been done over the years looks quality I don't think $7500 is unreasonable there are less and less rust free original examples every year so I'd bet this is only ever going up in value

I had a white eg hatch w blue interior, I found some blue s2k seats and man o man it looked so clean and then I found some red gab wheels which fhe reps were rota gt3 ..so clean back in the day to find civic parts

I'd totally drive that! That's a good looking Civic. I wonder if you'd be able to fit someone stuff off of a newer type R onto it. It'd be neat to get a front lip, side skirts and a wing. Of course it'd be done tastefully and not riced out.

The 93-95 si was manual since it was the sports car, the coupe and sedan had the power windows (ex) or (si coupe canadian market)

Ooooooh....I personally own a 1992 Civic DX sedan that I have Integra Meshy wheels and 205/50/15 Nitto Neo Gens on. Oh the wheels look amazing even on the hatch and I want a 2nd Civic now....
Edit: My car is currently a worn out D15B7 with a VX Hatchback manual transmission. I have a high compression B18A1 to swap in, just need to find a transmission and a few other things.

I think around like $200-300 depending on the condition. Nothing super crazy, but a nice quality part for better air flow.
