Venti didn't necessarily got powercreep. Not... directly at least. Heck, he is still one of, if not the best crowd control character. Problem is, with the passage of time, more and more enemies showed up that are inmune to crowd control. So Venti has no chance.

Kazuha’s better for swirl reaction imo but in terms of crowd control I honestly think Venti is still more useful. I have both btw but this is just my opinion!

It's ok though, at that AR level, you can get tons of primos. And do remember, If you want a new character, you don't need to instantly get them because they will eventually have a rerun 3-4 patches later. Just remember: Daily commissions, events, spiral abyss, exploring, Quests, unlocking new regions/waypoints, primos from compensation or bug fixes in mail, finding oculous and turning them in to the statues, codes, daily login event and sometimes there are surveys in the mail that give mora or primos. If you are F2P, if you have a spare 5 dollars, get welkin. That is a life saver as well.
All your old favorite characters are getting nerfed so you will be forced to waste money on Natlan characters. Even worse you have to now grind to 100 to be useful because you will get hammered if you don’t. Scammed again.
@@williamyang8367indeed. Genshin always had a more casual approach than most other gachas. Even if most characters got powercrept, they’re all still very usable when it comes to overworld exploration. And the game doesnt have enough endgame content (yet) for meta to even matter.
I'm sure people can still clear it with unpopular 4 stars..no way they will make it too hard for the casuals when it's casual catering game..plus genshin promised to make the game more lore centric than even before...that means they must have received majority of survey claiming they play for lore (combat enthusiasts would always play more hardcore games ofc)
@supermonstars Neuvillette is not the archon, Sovereigns are far above archons. Because he's a Sovereign he probably won't get a SQ2 until later because it'd be a major lore bomb.
Columbina, because she must be strong, due to being a harbinger + Ice is severely bad rn. She will fix it. Ping will probably just be another A-B tier like Xianyun.
