- In this video I go through the deck belt replacement on the Cub Cadet LTX1045 Riding Tractor. It's a very easy job once you see how to do it.
If you need many common part numbers there's usually a sticker under the hood. This includes the deck part number
Deck Belt: 954-04219

This was great! Thank you, it was so much easier than pulling the whole deck out.
You're very welcome!
Great video, thanks!
Thank you and you're welcome!

Lol! If you can just convince him to give me his wallet.... 😊
Hey there. I need some help. We replaced the spindles and pulleys but when we tighten our pulleys they seem not to give any play to the actually pulley. The pulley caps appear to be impeding the pulley. Mind you these are the exact type parts that were on it before. Would it be bad to take the pulley caps off? What are we doing wrong?!
HI Kathryn, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by pulley caps? Do you have access to FB? If so can you post a picture on my take a bath productions facebook page? Or can you upload a video to your channel and I can look at it? A picture is worth 1000 words... 😀
What size belt did you use?
HI, On the cub cadet if you look under the hood it will usually show the part number there on a sticker. I believe it was 85", but my memory isn't reliable!...
