People. You will have to check with your state and municipal governments in regards to regulations and requirements. Generally low-speed vehicles shall be manufactured in compliance with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration standards for low-speed vehicles in 49 CFR 571.500. more than likely you will need a valid drivers license and insurance but registration/plates requirements may not be necessary.
I wish!! I wish it went like 50 mph top speed in the USA…. But 25 is not too bad I guess… I will be buying this exact thing soon.. I am just waiting till I get paid in a few more months…

Most are actually categorized as enclosed mobility scooters since they don’t go higher than 25mph
