I've been going here all my life since 73, started camping in cades cove but now we rent cabins. I'm planning on taking the family the week after Thanksgiving for the fall colors.
Sitting in Gatlinburg currently on our 24th trip here in 5 years. My pic on here is from Greenbrier in 2021. Love your video! Avent Cabin is a bit tough to get to if you aren't prepared to walk on the narrow bridge and up a steep embankment but is worth it. It is not marked but is on the right hand side of the Jake's Creek trail
my family and I lived in Asheville, NC for years, and loved it. not complaining, though, because we live in Murfreesboro, TN now, and have access to lots of great places to go (Chattanooga, Pigeon Forge, Nashville). thanks for this great video.
