- Here is a down and dirty full body workout for any and all of you aerialists, athletes or those that would just like to up the ante on their core strength. This circuit is for ALL levels and is a great cross training routine especially for all you polers out there! Watch and follow along. Add this into your weekly routine 1-3 times a week and then look back at your progress after one month, three months and a year. Remember to always listen to your body and only do the exercises that you are ready for.
In this workout I'm using a set of stall bars, or sometimes known as Swedish wall bars. You do NOT need stall bars for these training circuit. You can use a regular pull up bar but there are definitely some advantages to using the stall bars. If you'd like more info on stall bars like these, either stand alone (no bolting into the wall needed) or wall installed stall bars you can learn more about them from Go Beyond Balance at the link below. And if you have questions on which stall bars are best for you please feel free to drop your questions in the comments below.

Dear Elizabeth, I am very happy to see you! The tutorial is simply amazing and brilliant explained! Thanks for all that good and useful exercises and the inspiration! 😇🥰😎💯❤💘🙌🙏
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it.
This is great. I can't wait to move and build one of these.
It is amazing! I freakin LOVE my stall bars and love the versatility of these stand alone ones.
@@Elizabeth_BFit I currently don't have the space for stand alone. I'd love for you to do more workout videos with these. Beginner especially. Intermediate and advanced as well of course.
I love the sweedish bars ...might need to look into some. Feel like might be a good option for my lil kiddo too who likes to climb and dangle.
Love that u have the modifications.
I use play equipment when we go to playground.
Absolutely! My son's are teens now and they still love the Swedish bars! I did the same as you, playing at the park when my boys were little but as they've gotten older it's been great to have other options for myself too.
I own and use a Swedish ladder.
I hung two 1 and 1/2 inch thick climbing ropes off of it, which I hold on for balance when I do hip belt squats while standing on two 12 inch plyo boxes while facing the Swedish ladder with a loading pin holding 200 pounds of Olympic weight plates, which is hanging on a chain connected to a dip belt, which is resting on the top of my glutes, not around my lower back.
Hanging on to the climbing ropes allow me to sit back, which makes lifting the heavy weight plates easy and comfortable to do.
I'm 66 years old, and I'll be 67 in a few days.
I've been exercising for 54 years, and I found that using a Swedish ladder to do hip belt squats with plyo boxes, a loading pin, a dip belt, and Olympic weight plates is the best way to exercise my legs since there is no compression whatsoever on my back that back and front squats will cause.
Love this! You are such a bad ass!
Mofidication issues 🤭 you are such a good teacher 👏👏❣️❣️
Thank you! 😃
Me likey 😍
So glad! Let me know how it goes if you try it out.
@@Elizabeth_BFit I wasn’t talking about the stall bars 😉🥰😁
