@@gabrielgordon427 Favorite Middle Earth movie quote. :)
The best part of the entire Hobbit trilogy.
Honestly, An Unexpected Journey gets too much negativity. It's a great film, and even the other two are enjoyable if a little drawn out.
@@aaaa-eb6pi I agree. I think that although they didn't stay massively true to the books they are still great movies and people get mad at them because they aren't carbon copies of the source material.
Finally!! Other people who view the films the way I do! I think the movies are great and yet so many people hate them
Frodo : I can't do this, Sam.
Sam : I know.
It's all wrong
By rights we shouldn't even be here.
But we are.
It's like in the great stories Mr. Frodo.
The ones that really mattered.
Full of darkness and danger they were,
and sometimes you didn't want to know the end.
Because how could the end be happy.
How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad happened.
But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow.
Even darkness must pass.
A new day will come.
And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.
Those were the stories that stayed with you.
That meant something.
Even if you were too small to understand why.
But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand.
I know now.
Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back only they didn’t.
Because they were holding on to something.
Frodo : What are we holding on to, Sam?
Sam : That there’s some good in this world, Mr. Frodo. And it’s worth fighting for.

This is so beautiful! I have such fond memories of watching these movies with my late dad and aunt, and with my (thankfully, still living) mom.

The lord of the rings trilogy. Its up there with the original star wars trilogy as one of the greatest stories of all time! (It might even beat star wars as #1) This song got me man, fantastic job!
Both are so good they dont need any remake
Lord of the Rings wins hands down. I’m a huge Star Wars fan, but you can’t beat Lord of the Rings.
It beats Star Wars far and wide.
Nothing beats the Lord of the Rings trilogy, not a single thing.
It's significantly better than Star Wars
Sam (softly):
“Do you remember the Shire, Mr. Frodo? ...It'll be spring soon, and the orchards will be in blossom; and the birds will be nesting in the hazel thicket; and they'll be sowing the summer barley in the lower fields; and eating the first of the strawberries with cream.”
(looking down at Frodo)
“Do you remember the taste of strawberries?”
Frodo (weak whisper):
“No, Sam. I can't recall the taste of food; nor the sound of water; nor the touch of grass ... I'm naked in the dark.”
(rising panic)
“There's no veil between me and the wheel of fire. I can see him with my waking eyes!”

The cinematic part that I'm envisioning is the battle is over and the main character, be it Bilbo or Frodo, returns home with praise in Hobbitton where the Hero spends his days reminiscing about old journeys and old friends, while an inspirational speech is read off by the main character, cut to credits.
