Why are you not showing the face of this criminal? How is this not straight theft or at least fraud? The signed document is proof of fraud. She was not alive.

The squatter was not arrested and he hasn't been charged with a crime.
The fact a person who has been dead for 7 years somehow magically signed a lease should make this case open and shut. The theif should face jail time
Why the hell is it so easy to file a false deed? Check IDs for crying out loud. Even make a title search a part of the process for confirmation. Don't be surprised when crooks take advantage of such ridiculous loop holes....total failure of the recorder's court.
No, we need finger prints and biometrics.
When they request an ID they also need to take a photo of the person because fake IDs are easily made daily

Looks like the "squatter" may have been scammed too. This is another loop hole that will cause issues. What about people being scammed into thinking they are paying rent to a legitimate landlord, and it turns out to be a fraudulent deed? So you're just screwed out of a rental and money?

I don't care if the roof was caving in. The house belonged to her and no one had the right to take it from her. This didn't happen because of weeds and trees. It happened because a thief stole it by fraud.
@@Musicball I think the person is saying she should have deeded the home to herself she was over their affairs after they died. Why is it still in her parents' name they are deceased. Also as the owner, she should have done her due diligence in securing the property or selling it to someone. I am sure the neighbors are upset about the abandoned unkempt home. I would be pissed.
@@iamherefortheshow699 Didn't her father die a year ago? Who knows what all this woman has going on in her life. I would think too, and correct me if I'm wrong, that it wouldn't matter whose name was on the deed. Legally when her father died, the house became hers and any siblings she might have.

I think the new buyers should be held partially responsible. Thwy should do their due diligence to assure it's not a scam. However sometimes the new buyers are n n the scam.

Very disorganized reporting. Very hard to understand.
This should have been squashed and reversed immediately when she provided her mother's death certificate showing the fraud. Then, the fraudster should have been arrested and jailed. This should not even be a thing. It's a process to purchase a home with lots of verification so why on earth should anyone anywhere be able to walk into an office and just say this is mine? That's where the problem lies.
