No Endgame window in Predecessor

I think this happens 100% of the time if you can't connect to the starting of the game. This happens to me every other match and typically every first match of the game. I had been at level 35 forever and reported this. I just hit lvl 36 after I can't remember how many matches and it looks like I'll be here for another round of forever.
