@Easton Dubois Using the general definition of "cooking",rolling sushi doesn't really count. Unless you're talking about another type of "sushi" I'm unware of, Tempura doesn't really count as traditional sushi either. It doesn't have japanese origins. It was inspired from the Portugese.

The winners move on and on the last round will be their best dish. They get 30minutes - 1hour to make their best dish. It can be anything.
