- Today's video is the first of a two parter down in Cambridgeshire...first stop Nala Coffee in March to take on their as yet unbeaten Titanic Sundae Challenge!
£24 for one huge bowl full of every ice cream flavour on offer, topped with donuts, profiteroles, fruit, pretzels and chocolate sticks for good measure. Finish it inside 40 minutes and it's FREE! After a total of seven failed attempts so far...it falls upon me to show it who's boss...

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Been binge watching your videos lately, the editing is phenomenal; from aerial views to quick spans of the restaurants before the carnage begins. Really enjoy the humorous voice-over commentaries too. Whenever Mrs. Beard or a friend is in a video it adds another layer of banter and fun. I've watched a dozen of your postings and do the same thing through every one. I sit here shaking my head asking myself, "Where does he put it all?????" LOVE THEM!!!

Also, I wonder about all of the sugar in challenges like this. He seems to know a lot more than me about what the human body is capable of though so hope he’s doing everything safely.

FYI if you haven’t already looked into it. A sleep test for Mrs. Beard would be pretty beneficial. She might have sleep apnea. I use a cpap machine and it saved my marriage and vacations together!!!

He’s usually pretty clean with his eating unlike a lot of competitive eaters. There are almost no crumbs in his beard when he’s done
Beard is pretty tidy, plus he doesn't resort to things like dunking pizza crusts in water. He enjoys his food, and chats and jokes with the staff and bystanders. Mrs Beard is always a delight

Oh man... that looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Started calorie counting a couple of weeks ago plus exercise and I've lost a stone so far... it's definitely the healthiest I've ever been. Not video related but I know you've talked about it before and I'm definitely a huge advocate of it... keep being awesome... and be careful that Mrs Beard doesn't bury you under the patio with your cheek 😉😁

Beard! Next time try a light sprinkle of salt when you're really struggling. It sounds odd but it helps with flavor fatigue and it helps melt the icream quicker. Unless of course they don't allow it 😅😆

I could watch you eat the messiest burrito or bbq with your hands and not get grossed out, but for some reason watching these sweets challenges gets to me. Think I can feel the overwhelming sugar rush of it, just by watching you eat it.
My stomach hurts just thinking about all that sugar.
Side of chips is a good one for ice cream challenge 9or something similar) as the savoury/saltiness can counteract the sweet and allow you to carry on. I've seen it done by competitive eaters in the past... actually I think it was on man Vs. food, the one where he gets icecream served to him in a sink.
