So a pro tip is: Under the grill and on top of the bumper are 2 sets of triple clips. There is a small indent on the bottom side of the *grill*, right in the center of those clips. You stick a flathead in there and 1/4 turn and it let's go. Smooth sailing after the grill is out, just finished my sister's dumb focus!
I just put new LEDs in my 2010 Ford Focus....I took the bolts out like you suggested. I had to end up taking part of the front grill apart to get to what I needed to. The LEDs, work great, so far. A test drive will determine the rest. This job ended up being at least an hour. I understand why mechanics get what they do for working on cars.

Didn't even have time to stop it was so fast. Hopefully all the necessary parts to put the new one in, are still there although, in this video I would have liked to see you take the screws out. I have another video that should work for that though, albeit that guy used a split flat ended special tool for those plastic push clips and I was wondering if anything else more common in most houses like a standard screwdriver might work for that. In case you're wondering about my comment about everything "being there" I'm talking about the fact that at least all my top screw clips were busted, and my front right quarter panel where it meets the headlight was well, slightly pushed in, so I'm assuming that something behind there is also slightly, uh, not where it's supposed to be, considering I had to move my headlight from behind it, where it was stuck, and it, well, took a bit of prying, albeit not really noticable... I am planning on buying a new headlight assembly for that side, even though the other insurance company paid me for more than just that(so I have more money in the bank). They actually paid me for doing some bumper painting and removal/install stuff on the bumper and possibly the quarter panel, but as long as it looks 99% ok to me I'm not sure I want to do all that when it drives just fine, besides the headlight assembly just sitting in there with probably not much if anything, holding it in
There was no need to take the water tank out. when you pull the clips off the grill on the top, then you pull the grill straight toward you and it comes out. Remove the bolts on the lights and pull up and it pops out. That easy. I changed out all the lights and put them back in less than 10 minutes, maybe even shorter time.

Ok, explain how.
There was no need to take the water tank out. when you pull the clips off the grill on the top, then you pull the grill straight toward you and it comes out.
