Beautiful boots, I love the patina, I have a pair of urban loggers on the way in brown wax flesh
I really wanted that color. Certainly happy with this color though. Cheers for watching.
Hello sir, thank you for your many helpful and entertaining videos. Can you help me with comparing boot last. I have a pair of Whites smokejumpers ltt, they are incredible. Still, I am interested in trying Nicks, what last does Nick's offer that is similar to Whites 4811 arch ease. Thank you for your time and help. Have a blessed day.
On the website whitesboots.com/last-guide/ Whites says
The 4811 is the most historic last in our collection. In 1926, it was trademarked as one of the original Arch-Ease™ lasts. It features a Medium-High logger arch, height and width in the toe box and a form fitting heel needed for mobility and security in the forests. After WW2, it earned the reputation as the Smokejumper Last from the wildland firefighters who put it on the map.

-Being a medium to high arch with a bit of room in the heel it seems most like the Nicks 11067 #4 Toe as that is Nick's most roomy configuration. I have the 55 Last on these Urban Loggers and they are plenty roomy for me. Hope this helps and maybe some more guys will chime in, I could be off a bit. Cheers and thanks for watching my videos.
Saphir makes a top quality line of products. Expensive but worth it for boots and shoes in which you've made a serious investment.
No doubt! Love that stuff. Thanks for watching. What’s your current favorite boot? 🥾🥾
@@GentlemansJourney The only pair I own, Viberg 2030 Service Boots in C.F.Stead's Regency calf skin in their Winter Smoke color that looks like motor oil. Love this color and Viberg's quality is amazing! As you know, they're expensive but if you maintain them as you show on your channel, it's a good investment. I figure this is as close as I'm going to get to full bespoke without spending thousands of dollars. The key is the right fit or it's all for naught.
How many boots do you own bro??
Oh man, too many and counting. If you check back I do a yearly boot collection video in December each year.
Agreed, that leather is incredible. Same leather on my boots, different configuration. Almost to a year with them and they keep getting more comfortable.
That leather looks so soft.
Probably the best leather I own!
